Lost count how many times myself and my husband have stayed at Thistle Dhu, the wonderful hosts Jackie and Russ are now more friends than hosts. The Hotel is very comfortable and clean, with great powerful showers, the bar has a great atmosphere, and priced nicely, some lovely locals use the bar and they have become great acquaintances too, everyone is made to feel extremely welcome here, we will continue to return most definitely its like our second home. Much love and respect to Jackie and Russell, see you soon, Steve and Ash x

Clean and tidy room , tea ,coffee , biscuit’s and believe it or not sweets waiting in the room on arrival.The shower was powerful and hot . The bed was clean and super comfy . The hosts Jackie and Russell ( jaqrussel) were superb . Me and the missus have been to Blackpool on numerous occasions and have stayed at various places trying to find the go to place well I can tell we need look no further as we can’t wait to return …….. 10 out of 10

Fantastic host, clean rooms and great service. Would highly recommend, perfectly located half way between the town centre and the pleasure beach.

Myself and my partner can not speak highly enough about this place clean great location and run by the nicest couple. Ps breakfast is the best around the scrabbled eggs are amazing russel and jackie are amazing hosts and make you feel so welcome. Thanks for another great stay love Andy and bex

Lovely stay, perfect location, friendly owner. Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. Came with a group of friends and loved this comfy place to rest after a couple of busy days in Blackpool. Comfy bed and well equipped room. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic guesthouse with wonderful landlady. Warm and friendly welcome, comfy room and excellent small touches. Perfect location halfway between town and the Pleasure Beach. Set back far enough to be quiet in the evenings but still just off the main street for easy access. Will visit again.
