The hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, and is surrounded by many commercial districts and tourist attractions. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, well-equipped, comfortable and warm. The beds are soft and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are luxurious and provide high-quality toiletries and towels. The hotel's service is also very attentive, and the staff are warm and friendly, providing guests with personalized service. The hotel's business center and travel desk also provide a wealth of services and assistance. In short, GHL Capital Hotel is a very good hotel, very suitable for business trips or vacations.

It is good location. There is a restaurant 24/7 and service and food quality excellent. Rooms are comfortable. Only heating is missing but you can ask for portable electric heater. But there is no coffee maker and bottled drinking water in very limited quantity - very samll bottle per night.

This hotel and staff were the most kind, courteous, helpful, clean and family oriented - I mean they make you feel like family! I have spent many nights in hotels because of my line of business in real estate and I have NEVER loved a hotel experience like my ten days at this hotel. I never write reviews, good or bad. You cannot go wrong here. Tourists will understand when I say that feeling safe is a must, especially in another country. In the room there was a personalized safe to keep your valuables secure and the staff NEVER enter your room unless directed by guests. The rooms are spotless and fresh smelling, the staff is the hardest working, going beyond with every request - completely and always. This hotel was also the cleanest and best stocked with any amenity needed. My partner and I enjoyed the sanitized saunas, jacuzzis and gym - permitting us to create special long lasting memories! Come to Bogota and stay at this hotel; you will thank me. ＜3 We hope to stay here again, very soon. Location is the only way from the airport to the city, the service facilities are very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the suburbs, so there are fewer surrounding facilities, such as no place to buy a local mobile phone card

The best thing about this property is its proximity to the airport. For a 1 night stay it is perfect. Free shuttle included, however you should go to the 2nd floor door nr 5 to find a lady there with the hotel sign. Check was a slow, however check out was very fast Restaurant at night was extremly slow once order was taken

- Really good location in Chapinero. Close to Zona T, Transmilenio and Parque de los Hippies. - A huge breakfast buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM that was refilled until 10 AM. - Gym and spa area with sauna and steam room (haven't tried the spa area but it looked clean). - The staff was very helpful. - I would stay here again the next time.

I arrive at the hotel and they told me that they cant give me my room and don't give any reason they pretend to move to an other hotel just one of my five nights so I have to do double checking and check and the come back to this hotel, after arguing them they give me a room that have 2 beds for my wife and me, if you are going to travel Bogotá select any other hotel. ---- Llegué a mi hotel cuando procedo a hacer checking me informam que mi habitación tiene un no Se que problema me informan que la solución es cambiar una noche de hotel y luego tener que volver al hotel, después de quejarme con el staff deciden darme otra habitación y está tiene dos camas cosa que para mi esposa y para mí no es solución.
