The front desk is very friendly, the service is in place, and the room is large. It is in the city center, and there is a pedestrian street outside. The house has heating, and the breakfast in the morning is a little simple, but it is also very good!

Stayed for 3 nights and only experienced a very friendly and helpful receptionists with local tips for dinner spots. And a very friendly atmosphere. Room was spacious and the bed was perfect! Perfect location and close to every important spot in Bologna.

The place was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy, and they provided good blankets and extra pillows. There was 2 of us sharing the room, and we found it spacious enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing to checkout a bit later and even calling a taxi for us. We also enjoyed their breakfast, as they had a variety of food and drinks, we particularly liked their jams.

Snel en duidelijke info per whapp. Enthousiaste ontvangst door Alessa. Sfeervolle en gezellige kamer. Het zag er schoon en verzorgd uit . Ontbijtruimte was erg warm. We hebben zelf raam open gezet. (2 dagen). Bij het ontbijt was wat extra fruit lekker geweest ( bijv banaan, druiven) . We hoorden ‘s morgensvroeg wel wat geluid ( van etage boven ons ?) Verder goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Perfecte locatie.

A wonderful location, wonderful room, a good breakfast, and great staff. Via San Vitale and the whole Two Towers area is lively and interesting, while the room is still completely quiet. Plenty to do, plenty to see, and plenty to eat. We liked it so much that we wanted to come back a few days later, but it was booked.

The hotel itself was ideal, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was also very nice. All the staff was super helpful and ready to help at all times. I will definitely choose this place again when returning to Bologna, for business or holiday.

The location is outstanding. Not only is the property right in the heart of historic Bologna, but it's also near a supermarket and many highly rated restaurants, street food spots, and bars. You couldn't ask for a better location. The staff deserves special mention for being exceptionally pleasant and attentive. They were proactive at every step, always ready to help without needing to be asked, and consistently greeted guests with a smile. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Besides the rooms, there is a huge guest room available with snacks, coffee, tea, books, and sofas. The room itself is quite small and, as is typical in Italy, the pillows are very soft, but that’s not really a downside, just a characteristic. ;) Highly recommended.

Stanza carina arredata con gusto. Posizione ottima al centro di Bologna, peccato per il rumore degli schiamazzi notturni e del supermercato sotto le finestre (la mattina presto si sentivano i carrelli del carico/scarico merci). Colazione basica, niente di speciale.
