"good hotel to stay, strategist location, and have good facilities to use"

"Pelayanan ok bgt,kebersihan jg mantap"

"The room was clean and tidy. Although it wasn't huge, it was perfectly functional. Breakfast was included, and they offered airport shuttle service. I'd recommend contacting them via WhatsApp beforehand. The hotel is only about 5km from the airport, so it's a quick and convenient 10-minute drive."

"everything was excellent..."

"The room was rather basic, the hot water was okay, the internet was so-so, and the price wasn't much cheaper; it felt very low-end. The restaurants, drinks, and coffee shops across the street were decent, so it was convenient."

"The room was clean and spacious, and unlimited water was available."

"As usual, the staff (especially Randy, Tira, Rezky, and Aziza) were very professional, friendly, always polite, greeting, and helpful. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. However, there was an unpleasant incident on August 7th. My wife and I were quietly enjoying lunch in the restaurant, but the atmosphere became uncomfortable due to the joking and conversation of four hotel staff members, whom we were informed were from Sales and HR. They were joking loudly and noisily, showing no regard or respect for hotel guests. Do they think that as hotel staff, they can behave inappropriately in a four-star hotel? It seemed like they thought they were in a casual eatery and could act that way. I hope such incidents do not happen again, as they can tarnish the image of other staff members who work hard to maintain the hotel's good reputation."

"Great experience, its a pleasure to spend the might in amaris perrarani"
