Lovely property, walkable to local metro, to the centre and big grocery store just around the corner. Property was very clean and well laid out. Excellent customer service from the hosts; they were always quick to answer queries and were very approachable. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was nice just real hard to find or get to, it's an apartment with no lobby or receptionist, had to call and wait for access . Finally made contact with Beatrice she was wonderful and very helpful.

The Pause apartments are in a very central location. The hosts, Beatriz and Gil were wonderful. They were very responsive to all of our needs and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day while we went on a tour. I will say that our place was a bit noisy early in the morning, once for an alarm that was going off and the second sounded like some construction (constant hammering starting at 7 am). Otherwise it was a good stay.

I had a very pleasent stay in this rustic and spacious apartment. It was a short walk from Campanhã train station and some metro lines. The neighbourhood is calm and sleepy, which was just what I enjoyed. Meanwhile, a 15-20 minute walk and you’re in the heart of the city.

A nice apartment with prefect check in experience!! The staff there’s friendly and he introduced us quite a lot of nice tourist spots!
The apartment is lovely and make us feel like home too! Definitely will introduce Pause Hotel to my friend if they are going to Porto to travel

This was a perfect spot to stay while spending a week in Porto. Close to everything but away from the crowds. Beatriz was amazing, super responsive and always ready to offer suggestions. The apartment itself was well-equipped to make simple meals. Great experience all round.

Lovely clean apartment with a modern feel. All the amenities we needed as a couple on a short city break. Beatriz went above and beyond, giving us recommendations for things to try and places to visit. Was easy to get hold of and nothing to was too much of an ask. Would definitely recommend Pause for a short stay.
