Room 508, on the top floor, has no air conditioning and is a bit hot in summer. The front desk is friendly and can store luggage.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig direkt an der Fußgängerzone, gegenüber einer Straßenbahn-Haltestelle und einer Metro-Station um die Ecke. Zum Hauptbahnhof kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr einfach, eine kleine Rezeption, und der Frühstücksraum liegen unten. Der Empfang war professionell und freundlich. Was später noch zum Nachteil wurde, ist, dass es weder in diesem Bereich noch auf dem Zimmer Getränke gab. Keine Minibar oder ein Automat im Hotel. Man muss raus und nebenan den Kiosk besuchen. Das Zimmer war einfach und funktionell eingerichtet, mit ausreichend Steckdosen und einem modernen Fernseher. Ärgerlich war das Bett: Die Matratze unglaublich durchgelegen und das Kissen störrisch und zu hart. Das Positive ist das Bad, das sah aus wie neu, alles war gepflegt und es gab eine gute Dusche mit viel Platz. Vor dem Zimmer ging jeden Morgen pünktlich um 6 Uhr der Lärm los, aus dem Tor des Gebäudes gegenüber kam der Krach wie aus einem Trichter (siehe Foto). Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr einfach, etwas Aufschnitt, Käse, Marmeladen, Rührei, Würstchen und eine Müsli-Ecke.

Very little space in the room, it was much much smaller than on the picture, no chair would fit there. During our 3 day stay the cleaning service came 3 times, but they never changed the dirty water glasses that were on top of the table on plain view. On the second day not even stain of a shoe was removed from the toilet seat, that our little daugter left there. Sheets and towels were clean, we appreciated that.
The bathroom needs some kind of ventilation. It was also very small and with no air flow and more than 1 person staying in the room it gets uncomfortable.
No microwave available in the hotel! I could not heat up any food for my baby, we had to search for this possibility somewhere in the city!
The hotel is situated in the middle of the city, unbeatable! But.. we will probably be staying somewhere else next time
