Room- stains everywhere, unhygienic, room service persons directly coming to room with dirty footwears. No toiletries( not even soap, no linen provided. Did check out early morning. "We booked family club rooms that it’s interconnecting. But the same was not given to us even after request. The-front desk staff was very unfriendly. The interior work was going on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy. Room had smoke smell and walls were black. Hotel staff was very noisy through the service lift and duct. However one bengali waitress was very sweet in the restaurant and paid special attention to our request for non spicy food. The only positive experience in the entire stay!"
