"Nice room yet particularly unfrendly/unhelpfull/unprofessional staff at the desk. Check in was a total disaster (zero eye contact, not even a hello or smile: plus zero information regarding the hotel facilities). And check out was worse. Even though not busy, he simply does not seem to care at all about guests (my wife also had to "deal" with him and a simple request turned out to be a pain). In comparison, the lady at the desk was very open. Please change job if you don't like service or are frustrated for whatever reason we don't pay to cope with. Too bad as the hotel seemed great but we won't be back: the ones we tried afterwards in San Remo and in nearby cities were way nicer/friendlier."

"I discovered this hotel last year, as a bike enthusiast, I wanted to do the flower cycle route and was looking for a hotel to stay in. I must say that I had a great time: clean and not at all noisy rooms, functional bathroom and friendliness of both the staff and the reception where Luca and Barbara are the real added value. Breakfast was sufficient for me personally, as regards lunch/dinner there is an agreement with a hotel of the same chain. Not even 5 minutes away from the sea, for me, having the bike in tow, a real convenience is the underground parking (for a fee). Highly recommended, so much so that after last year, I went back again and will definitely return in the coming years!"
