"We love Hotel Palace!!! This is the perfect hotel in Bormio for a family and friends ski holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Taking the shuttle to the ski gondola is very easy, but also walking is very quick. The food is delicious, high quality and variety to suit everyone. The 4 course menu changes every night. Children can eat from the regular menu, but they also cater so well for fussy eaters with a choice of kid friendly pastas and meat dishes. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and clean. The spa and jacuzzi are wonderful after skiing. Do not forget to see Bruno at the bar for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles!"

Whenever there was a technical or historical problem, we got immediate help from the host, including direct delivery of spare parts :-) The food was excellent and the dining was cosy. We felt serviced at a high level :-) I would love to come back for more biking or for skiing in the winter."
