"There is no entrance at the given address, and the entrance is on another street. However, since there is no sign, it is difficult to find the accommodation. There was no TV in the room and Wi-Fi was not available inside the accommodation. For drinks, we had to pour water from a large container placed in the hallway, which was quite inconvenient. Although the property has a total of 12 rooms, we were the only guests during our stay. At night, there were no staff members on site, which created an unsettling atmosphere. There was no prior information about breakfast, so in the morning we had to call the number posted on the wall to request it. Breakfast was brought to our room at 8:23 a.m., but since there was only one chair in the room, we would have had to eat on the floor. For this reason, we decided to skip breakfast. We booked this accommodation for two nights but ended up checking out after just one night. Relying on the single positive review was a mistake, and unfortunately, this experience had a negative impact on our visit to Issyk-Kul Lake."

"Even though everything is very new, a lot of things are already broken. The food, however, was delicious."

"It was loud and loud with some family parties in the lobby area where the receptionist herself was busy dancing! The loud party went well into past midnight making sleeping hard! Also, according to the map online, the hotel is near or almost at the lake but it turns out that it sits on the other side of the trunk road making access to the lake long and hard and could be dangerous! Overall, very unfavorable impression and definitely not recommending anyone to stay there!"

"Draining system in shower doesn’t work and some part of the wall has been cracked, this caused of a little dirty . However, other facilities such as bed is comfy. Overall environment is nice."

"We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The ski lift was close by. Breakfast was superb, everything was fresh and delicious, they even served sparkling wine. Highly recommend! We had a wonderful time!"

"Hello, everything was great!"

"Friendly staff and dorm mate. The location is ideal and the price is competitive. I would be happy to stay here again if possible."
