Premier Inn Bracknell (Twin Bridges)

It‘s ok for Business Trips, wouldn’t recommend it for vacation

Tired, understaffed hotel with even more tired, understaffed pub/restaurant. Heater not working and required the overworked but helpful receptionist to switch the fusebox. No bedside shelf for my glasses etc. (fallen off). Pub even more run down with no heating so our group had to sit in our coats. Sticky carpets near self-service; coffee machine broken; fruit ran out and not replenished; under-staffed in kitchen and bar - 3 guys operating the whole hotel and restaurant! They worked really hard and were pleasant but couldn't cope with the numbers wanting service. Food was poor - see photo of my burnt burger. I didn't send it back as I felt sorry for the staff who were doing their best but poor value for the £26.99m meal deal. The hotel, the pub/restaurant and the surrounds are scruffy, grubby and provide an unpleasant experience. Our club of "senior" motorcyclist have been regular users of Premier Inns for convenience for over 10 years. This one was the worst we have stayed in.

Great friendly staff in hotel and bar! Rooms need updating and a good clean including cobwebs! Restaurant chef was rude and in no way should be cooking in a restaurant that can be busy! Who sends starters and mains out at same time unless asked too and then refuses to cook fresh mains! Oh and initially said they couldn’t accommodate a table of 10 until we said we had Premier inn meal deals! 2nd time her what a contrast to last year, will not be staying again!

The hotel had ample parking. We were welcomed warmly by the reception staff. The room had everything we needed. The restaurant and bar was very good and the breakfast was fantastic

Clean room, quiet and comfortable but very small, even though the staff told us later they had bigger rooms available, with a view of the back of the kitchen with extractor fans and cables everywhere. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. It is now not a Beefeater but under Premier Inn, the menu was very limited, and you can only eat evening meal between 5 - 7pm. Unfortunately the heating had broken down and we had a cold restaurant to eat in. We won't return.

We enjoyed our stay at Bracknell In the premier inn. The receptionist was a very nice lady who was friendly & welcoming, as was the young man on reception who booked us in. The room was fine with all we needed , only thing being a little bit more milk would have been good. A very comfortable bed and nice black out curtains to keep the room pitch dark. We would stay here again.

Premier Inn has become our first choice when travelling around the UK thanks to easy online booking. Bracknell was especially good, a warm, friendly welcome, convenient parking and easy to reach both the centre of town and Ascot. Our second stay, we will be back.

We have stayed at this premier inn many times before and it’s definitely one of our favourites. Our stay this time was lovely with a nice room and great food. The only thing we missed was that a lovely touch that this hotel usually has is to make an effort to contact guests beforehand and ensure needs are taken care of I.e quiet rooms, children staying, celebrations etc. In the past our son has received a little welcome pack with a named colouring sheet and crayons etc which always felt like this hotel went above and beyond. Staff have always been very warm and welcoming at the front desk and very helpful. This time it was just a basic check in polite but nothing more. I can’t fault the stay itself as it was lovely but it just felt like any other premier inn this time rather than the warm welcome and extra hospitality we’ve had previously.

Excellent value for money and a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. The room size was good, parking was abundant and check in was very quick
