"every thing was good and the staff was also very good the hospitality was awesome but the main problem wass that there were no air conditioners and the fan speed was vey low i would say that they should do as per weather conditions"

"I’ve been staying in Hotels for 50 years. This is without a doubt the worst one I have stayed in. Filthy. Mould all over shower room. Top floor and shower pressure close to zero. Toilet flush didn’t work. Toilet light didn’t work. No decor, no mirror, no chair, no draws. Stairs a death trap. Carpets threadbare. Cracks and dents galore. Should not be called a Hotel. On checking out, cascade of water coming from the first floor ceiling. Was going tho request a refund but nobody about. Just as you go up the stairs there is a notice saying don’t go up the stairs with dirty shoes on! Only stayed as booked for one night and (why the one star) the bedding was clean. Not just me, have a gander at the other reviews."

"On the hottest day of my trip, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was extremely dissatisfied with the first day. The young Indian girl at the front desk assigned me a room without air conditioning, and the fan was broken. There was a wedding at the hotel that night, and the noise lasted until 1 a.m. I didn't fall asleep until 2 a.m. Our room was constantly being ventilated by a trash can propped against the door. Around 5 a.m., I went downstairs and the air outside was much fresher than in the room. I really wanted to sleep outside. That morning, Daniallia at the front desk was incredibly professional. After understanding my extreme dissatisfaction, she upgraded me to a suite, which made up for it. However, she still forgot to bring our luggage to our room, even though she had promised. The biggest problem with this hotel overall is staff shortages. The bar service was handled by only one person all day, and they were already overwhelmed. This hotel is a historic mansion, but unfortunately, the various problems with the management and owner affected the experience. Fortunately, they had Daniallia's intelligence, wit, and charm to redeem them. I also want to mention their gardener, Phil, who has worked in this large house and park for 26 years and shared many stories about the house with me. He was a very friendly and approachable British gentleman. This is also why I would stay here again in the future. I hope the hotel management can make some improvements and increase staff. Otherwise, it really doesn't do justice to such a beautiful historic mansion and its unparalleled garden."

"The location was great for exploring the local area and especially Legoland as it’s only 20mins away. The room was plenty big enough for us and our 4 year old who was on the sofa bed which was super comfy. The room was clean and perfectly fine for a few nights away. The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet as it’s mainly workers passing through and a handful of families. The amenities were as you would expect and they have newly installed air conditioning which was welcome at night time and lots of free parking (just pop your registration in at reception) we had the breakfast on site which was a hot order being placed when you sit and it’s brought to your table (it’s still unlimited but not help yourself) continental is self serve as you’d expect. We had one meal in the evening on site where there was a slight confusion with the payments but it was rectified and we were compensated for the wrong payments. I would like to take a special shout out to Lucy on reception who was super helpful about the local area and really kind with our daughter. And the second shout out to Mel in the restaurant who was working hard to keep everything running despite the fact that there are lots of changes happening. Lucy and Mel are the backbone of what it takes to work in hospitality"

"Arriving in the early hours of the morning, we were warmly greeted by Anna. She directed us to our room and provided us with all the information needed for our stay. Anna was extremely friendly which was lovely as we were so tired following a lengthy journey. The Premier Plus room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The following morning, Viki, who was on duty at breakfast, made sure we were well looked after. Thank you Anna and Viki for a memorable stay. We will return if we need somewhere to stay in the Bracknell area again."
