Guest UserWe stayed for 10 days at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is excellent; there's a grocery store and a hardware store nearby if needed, and the Vernissage market is just a stone's throw away. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff were polite and attentive. The room had everything we needed, including large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so there's no need to bring your own. One minor point: our room had a balcony, but it faced directly onto an adjacent office building.

Evgeny SokoltsovFive stars across the board! Excellent location, fantastic pool and spa, and a courteous, attentive staff. I had a wonderful birthday celebration in Yerevan. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade and a delicious cake as a birthday treat. It was a delightful surprise that made my birthday truly special.

СветланаЗемExcellent hotel! Everything is brand new and spotless. The staff are polite and attentive, and the location is perfect – just through the archway and you're right in Republic Square. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfasts are delicious. Plus, they even put out treats in the lobby for everyone from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM!

We stayed for a week in August 2025. It's a great hotel, nestled in a courtyard of houses, in a quiet, authentic location, practically in the center, a 7-minute walk from the Cascade. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our room was on the third floor; everything was clean and tidy, with soft, snow-white linens and towels. Cleaning was daily. All plumbing worked. The dining room in the basement offers a buffet, with a different hot dish every day, juices, fruit, and cold cuts—everything was delicious and filling. You don't have to worry about food until lunchtime, just enjoying the city and excursions. There were three of us: the room had a large bed and a sofa bed; the triple room was quite comfortable and available. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it.

Anonymous UserDon’t be misled by the high ranking point of this place. The only thing it deserves 10 out of 10 is people who work there. The helped us to get to the third floor with luggage. And yes the hotel is on the third floor and only stairs! The bed is not professional hotel bed, the mattress is soft and has waves in it, so you have to choose the right position of you body to catch the straight part, the pillows are very cheap and extremely soft, the don’t hold your head at all. You can feel the sweat smell mixed with other people perfume through the pillowcase. It’s disgusting. The whole building and the room in particular have very strong smell of smoking. I assume people smoked there for many years and stopped in nearest past, so the smell is really strong. In my country it is prohibited to smoke in public places for many years now and I completely forgot that unpleasant smell. And the noise, it is so loud, as if you sleep right in the street. Cars, bikes, music, people laughing, so loud. All in all it is place to stay when you drive for a long time and stopped in some cheap motel by the road when you are unable to drive any longer. Not suitable for stay in city, even if it is one night stay. Unless you’re ok with all the things above.

NataliaIvanova13We stayed at the Premier Hotel for 9 nights and were extremely satisfied! A huge thank you to Narek for his attentiveness and help — he was in touch with us a month and a half before our arrival and always assisted with any questions we had. Thanks also to the second administrator who checked us in. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, but he was also very friendly and responsive.
All our requests were accommodated, and the room with a view of Ararat and the 'Mother Armenia' statue was a pleasant surprise. The view was simply stunning!
The hotel's location is another big plus. You can walk to 'Mother Armenia' in just 5-10 minutes, then stroll through the Cascade and be in the city center in about half an hour. A taxi to the center is also inexpensive and a very short ride.
Breakfasts were delicious and varied, the cleaning was thorough, and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and excellent impressions of Armenia! ❤️

НатPERMEverything was great! We took a taxi from the airport, and it was a quick 20-minute ride. The hotel was renovated in February 2026, so our room was brand new and impeccably clean. It was incredibly well-lit, which was really convenient – I've never seen so much lighting in a hotel room before. Thank you so much! The bus station is right across the street, and it's not far from Republic Square. There's a call button at the reception desk for staff, which was quick and handy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! We recommend it.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is quite a mixed bag. It's huge, and I'm sure it was luxurious back in the day. It said it was renovated, which is what drew me in. In reality, the rooms are old, and the only amenities are towels and soap. The most surprising thing was the breakfast – it would have been better if they didn't offer it at all: cottage cheese, sour cream, boiled sausages in cellophane, omelet, cheap cold cuts, and the only thing that changed was overcooked rice with carrots and buckwheat. For drinks, there was just a dispenser with hot and cold water, and instant coffee. Forget about fruits and vegetables – it's a disgrace! The lobby bar was a lifesaver. The hotel is priced a little below market, but honestly, it would be better if they charged a bit more and improved the food, or just removed it entirely so they wouldn't embarrass themselves. The staff, however, was great – kind and helpful with everything.
