Outstanding
AAni M.Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels.
The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant.
The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
LLiudmilaPlThe apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Vernissage and Republic Square. It's a very quiet place, which is a big plus. We've stayed in a large hotel nearby in the same area before. There's a good Carrefour supermarket right next door that has everything you need and is open until 2 AM. The staff are pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The room itself is no-frills but comes with a kitchenette, which is super convenient for grabbing a snack or enjoying some wine. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, safe, slippers, hairdryer, dental kit, shampoo, gel, and soap in dispensers. There's also a mini-bar available for an extra charge. It's clean, tidy, and everything is white. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee, but we preferred exploring the restaurants, which is a special pleasure in Yerevan. I recommend it for all independent travelers.
健健仔KenKantar Hostel in Yerevan is an absolute gem, offering incredible value for money! Its location is superb – you can walk to Republic Square, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are spotless, the bunks have privacy curtains, and the individual password-protected lockers give you real peace of mind. The common areas are spacious, the WiFi is stable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide selection of hot food and fruit, honestly better than many hotels. The front desk staff are warm and patient, always ready to help with directions or store your luggage. Card access for the elevator ensures great security. This is definitely my top choice for backpackers; I'll be staying here again next time!
AAnonymous UserBest hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!
GGuest UserGreat location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.
BBasharJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
Easy to walk to main attractions - Replibic Square in 5 mins, the local flea market in 3 mins, Carrefour supermarket in 3 mins. That said, surrounding is a bit dark and quiet with a construction site right next to the hotel. Room spacious, one free bottle water upon arrival. The thing that I don't like is the rather warm air conditioning (useless to adjust). I finally had to open the windows but then attracted mosquitoes in. Another thing not that good is thatthe buffet breakfast started rather late, at 8am. Day tours usually start at 9am(and in another location around 10-15 mins ride away). That means I had to rush my breakfast within 15-20 mins.
GGuest UserHotel in price-quality is optimal. Close to the airport. Near the park and shops. In the room is a slippery teapot. The window opens. Minus - there is no elevator, but I am not critical. The more luggage helped deliver. There are swingers for adults near the hotel very convenient.
