GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are quite new, the environment is beautiful, and getting around is very convenient. The town's bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and you can ride the town's public transportation for free. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is highly recommended – it's fantastic! However, the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes, or other toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own or buy them at the town's supermarket.

XXolieThis hotel is the best hotel to stay in Banff. Very easy to travel around Banff for your activities ,it’s super clean . We loved our stay here.. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent.
If ever we come back to Banff it’s easy to say I’ll be booking here again.

HH T (Jakarta)On March 19th 2026 at noon, I called the hotel and spoke with a lady who seemed to be the manager.
I told her that I couldn’t drive to Banff from Kamloops because of the road closure on Trans-Canada Highway 1 and Highway 93 due to the bad weather—heavy snow, a force majeure situation, Mother Nature herself!
That lady didn’t want to cancel my reservation and give me a full refund. I asked her which road I should take, but she couldn’t answer.
I had to take alternate roads to Jasper, Hinton, Evansvurg, Drayton Valley, Rocky Mountain House, Sundre, Cochrane, and finally arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m.
That lady really should have not been working at the hotel.

GGinoverThe front desk staff were cheerful, professional, and incredibly kind. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere.
The kindness and hospitality of the staff were the best I experienced in Banff.
My room was very clean, and I especially appreciated the hair dryer—it was the cleanest and easiest to use of any hotel I stayed at during my trip.
Depending on your room, you can also enjoy beautiful mountain views.
The hotel also has a great restaurant on the first floor serving delicious food, and its convenient location makes shopping easy. Overall, I felt this hotel was a wonderful place to stay and made my trip to Banff even more enjoyable.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located at the far end of Banff Avenue, about a 20-minute walk from downtown. There are two parking options: you can choose to pay for parking in their lot, or use the free parking spaces behind the hotel. The room was comfortable, but the sink was a bit clogged, so the drainage wasn't very smooth. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was a good stay.

GGuest UserThis has to be the most expensive Moxy we've ever stayed at, haha! As a Platinum member, we received a welcome drink and a $20 daily food voucher! However, the food was quite unappetizing. The outdoor hot tub was great, super warm and very relaxing when it wasn't crowded. The lobby had a lot of entertainment options. Overall, it's a relatively new accommodation in Banff. It's a bit far from Banff town, so you can't walk there. The room itself was quite basic.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were very accommodating from check-in until checkout. They even offered complimentary coffee and tea upon arrival which was such a nice touch.
What made our stay extra special was how they surprised our son with a birthday cake and restaurant credit for his birthday. Super thoughtful and truly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay memorable

TTraveller WinThe hotel feels a bit dated, but the room was spacious, neat, and tidy. The towels weren't sparkling white but were acceptable. My favorite part was the bathroom amenities—the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were amazing! The only downside was the pool hours (9 AM - 9 PM); we got back past 10 PM and couldn't use it. It would be perfect if they could extend the pool hours.

GGuest UserThe RCL was a complete surprise to me the junior suite was recently updated and was amazing, so much space with a great fireplace, large comfortable bed, attractive furnishings, coffee, fridge, ironing board, lovely robes and a swimming pool and steam room with little gym plus free apples and flavoured water in reception, would definitely stay again. Plus the only downside was the underground parking which costs $20 per night
