Great
XXiangxishidahaiI've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay.
Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions.
Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience.
Hhappyfamily2012The hotel itself is a beautiful castle with a very old-fashioned Western style decoration. It is worth staying in. There is public transportation to the town center in front of the door. The hotel front desk will issue free bus tickets. The service is very considerate.
GGuest UserOverall evaluation
This stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the service was very thoughtful.
Advantages
1. Environment: The room was quiet and the surrounding environment was clean and tidy.
2. Facilities: The equipment was complete, and the air conditioner, TV, hot water, etc. could all be used normally.
3. Service: The front desk service attitude was good, and the check-in and check-out procedures were all
Jjeffrey 659Check in to the hotel and immerse yourself in the warm and elegant guest rooms and efficient and considerate services. Intelligent facilities are on standby 24 hours a day, the executive lounge is filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to take in the city's neon lights and the morning and evening glow. The 24-hour butler-style courtesy is integrated with the ecological garden landscape to create an extended sense of ”home”, allowing both business travel and vacation to enjoy a leisurely quality.
GGuest UserIt’s very closed to the downtown area, everything is walkable. Gives you a three day bus pass for BANFF local travel free of charge and you can ask for more if you stay longer. Nick view of mountains Not the most cleanest. Didn’t have new towels ever day and took a long time for room to be cleaned
GGuest UserGood family hotel with parking. It also has Chillis in-house which is helpful. Hot pool was amazing and kids loved it. It is walking from downtown so lots of eating options close by.
HHeather M.G.Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Love the ambiance with the log cabin features. Close to eateries. Fair work to downtown shops but problem solved they gave us a 3 day bus pass.
SsakurThe room was dim and the floor of the shower room was not clean.
The bed was worried about the stain when I turned over.
I use a hair dryer, so I'm going to go to the bedroom and the bathroom.
I wanted a door.
I was worried about using it.
The staff was happy to take out the laundry
It was kind.
It was good to be able to stay cheaply in the high season.
The kitchen smelled bad. The free breakfast muffin was good.
