XXiangxishidahaiI've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay.
Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions.
Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience.

HHo BoboHotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease.
More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor.
This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe exterior is as beautiful as a castle, and the beds and bedding in the guest rooms are the best. The staff is friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant is the best, and the price is reasonable. The Rocky Mountains seen from the pool are a work of art. If you stay here, you don't have to go to the hot springs separately.

GGuest UserThe location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended.

BBuhuiyouyongdeyu5818The Banff Hotel, which was booked one day in advance during the peak season, was better than expected. The room was larger than the marked area and very quiet. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The facilities were not new but not bad. The staff was very nice and did not clean the room by default.
It is located on the east side of Banff Avenue, about 800 meters from the center. There is a gas station and highway not far outside. The underground parking lot is very convenient.

黄黄家庭The location of the hotel is good with perfect access to the town. There is a supermarket named IGA which is about 8 mins walk. The cave pool is amazing which gives us a relaxing experience. The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up.

Aasmee93Felt like a good 10-15 minute walk from the centre to the hostel. Good security measures. Bar is a little small and no room to move around at breakfast time and people are hovering and it gave me anxiety looking for the breakfast food as it was overwhelming with so many crowded people. Although can’t complain as it’s free and comes with your booking. Decent rooms but 2nd night in there is no cleaning I.e vacuuming not done as of yet and there’s a dead bug on floor. Friendly staff at the counter. Spacious room for luggage (6 bed share) and you need a thick locker key set for the lockers. Byo shower mat, slippers, hangers. Great bedside sockets curtain privacy!

GGuest UserThe location is about a 20-minute walk from the town of Banff, which is a bit far away but within an acceptable range. The room facilities are simple and easy to sleep in. The design of the door is not too noisy, and the roommates will not make too much noise when they move around.
There is free breakfast, simple choices, and the kitchen can also cook, which is quite convenient
