GGuest UserOverall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle.

This stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the service was very thoughtful.

GGuest UserThe location is good, next to the famous Canadian steakhouse The Keg. The service is also very warm, there are hot springs in the winter to soak, you can see the snow-capped mountains. Check-in and check-out are quick. A buffet breakfast is served daily, with yoghurt and oatmeal, and the egg yolk can also meet the needs and will be recommended.

The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the cleanliness is quite good. The location is right in Banff town, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was average and not very satisfying.

GGuest UserThe hot spring was so relaxing, and the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great and the property itself is lovely. They even provide free bus tickets. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't the best.

GGuest UserI visited this hostel as a solo traveller from the UK but there was definitely a mix of friends and couples staying in this hostel too. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and its location is great on the little Banff ‘Strip’. I can’t stress enough how friendly everyone in this hostel was, I had the best time!

HHeather M.G.Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Love the ambiance with the log cabin features. Close to eateries. Fair work to downtown shops but problem solved they gave us a 3 day bus pass.
