Mountain View Hotels in Banff

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hot tubs were exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and very relaxing. The housekeeping was exceptionally thorough. Every detail of the room was kept clean and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff. Above all, the mountain-view balcony was an unforgettable experience. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery made my stay truly special.

Overall pretty good, underground parking was rough with little space an terrible parkers. Unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel could do about people’s driving skills. I would recommend this hotel but get back early and walk if you can if you’d like to have a spot for your vehicle.

The hotel facilities are quite new, the environment is beautiful, and getting around is very convenient. The town's bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and you can ride the town's public transportation for free. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is highly recommended – it's fantastic! However, the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes, or other toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own or buy them at the town's supermarket.

The front desk staff were cheerful, professional, and incredibly kind. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere. The kindness and hospitality of the staff were the best I experienced in Banff. My room was very clean, and I especially appreciated the hair dryer—it was the cleanest and easiest to use of any hotel I stayed at during my trip. Depending on your room, you can also enjoy beautiful mountain views. The hotel also has a great restaurant on the first floor serving delicious food, and its convenient location makes shopping easy. Overall, I felt this hotel was a wonderful place to stay and made my trip to Banff even more enjoyable.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were very accommodating from check-in until checkout. They even offered complimentary coffee and tea upon arrival which was such a nice touch. What made our stay extra special was how they surprised our son with a birthday cake and restaurant credit for his birthday. Super thoughtful and truly appreciated. The hotel is a five-minute drive from Banff town. They offer free bus passes, and the bus stop is right outside. You can transfer to other buses at the town center to reach nearby attractions. The room conditions are average, but the cleanliness is good, and it's very quiet. The price is moderate, making it a decent value for money during peak season. You might even spot some small animals in the early morning.
