Banff Hotels with Wifi

"Surprising cabin, we had a pleasant 2 nights here. The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen and living room were together, the bedroom was bigger than expected, and the bedding was very comfortable. There is heating, the fireplace can also be used, we asked the staff to help us make the fire. There are microwave ovens and induction cookers, simple kitchen utensils, we went to the supermarket to buy ingredients and made dinner by ourselves. In the evening, there was a deer eating grass on the lawn downstairs. The hotel has its own soup pool, which is very small, we are too tired to go soak. The staff is very welcoming and the old-fashioned door lock is not very easy to use."

"I stayed for three nights. The room was quite spacious and clean, and it was great that it came with amenities like a kettle. The location was a bit average, right at the end of the town's main street, but I figured there wasn't much to explore in town anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. The front desk service was quite poor; the staff were expressionless. The first room they gave me was two floors above the hot spring pools. I wanted to change, but the front desk said there were no suitable rooms. After Ctrip intervened, they offered me another room, but I declined after seeing it was too noisy, being next to the road. Around 9 PM, after showering, it suddenly became very noisy. I realized a group of Indians had come to the hot springs and were playing music loudly from a speaker. I reported it to Ctrip twice, but it kept happening. The hotel then called me multiple times, offering to immediately switch my room (implying the speaker wasn't theirs, but they weren't doing anything about it). Since I was already asleep, I declined and agreed to switch the next day. I'd like to thank Ctrip customer service for their help here. I didn't fancy a Western breakfast, so for convenience, I just ordered à la carte coffee and toast from the hotel's ground floor, which turned out to be delicious! The price wasn't expensive either, highly recommended! The hotel's bedding felt a bit rough, and the air conditioning unit made a loud humming noise. These are areas that could definitely be improved."

"Friendly staff. Helped Changed dollars to coins so that we could use the washing machine and the drying machine. Got basement car parking for security as the gate door will be automatically open and close. Also in the morning, you don't have to wipe off/ away the snow on the car! Got vending machine to buy Aquafina water etc"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance, and the parking situation is very good. If you can’t find parking on-site, you can also use the underground parking at the neighboring hotel. Although my English isn’t very good and I made a few mistakes, the staff were kind, patient, and very helpful. I really appreciated their friendliness."

"The room is small, the overall tone is darker, the air conditioner in the room is super noisy, no wonder earplugs are provided for guests at the bedside, the price-performance ratio is not as good as the newly opened Canoe suites, but fortunately it is located in the center of Banff Avenue, very lively, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around, so it can be said that it has no merits or demerits."

"Wonderful hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking garage was big but could use signage! The hot pools were refreshing. Lots of cozy areas to sit and relax- perfect for a couples retreat. Would have enjoyed a coffee and water station, and a spot to grab a muffin or fruit. Aside from that, zero complaints here! We’ll be back."

"Looking at the reviews, everyone said it arrived in 5 minutes. When I got there I realized it was only a 5-minute drive. Instead of walking for five minutes. The room was very old and smelled of burning wood as soon as you entered. Very uncomfortable. There were bugs in the room. The bed is hard and the sofa bed is uneven The pool water was dirty. The outdoor facilities were nice and clean."

"Best priced accoms in banff during summer, very well equiped with shower gel, hot water, hair dryer, laundry, cafe for breakfast and dinner. Hostel provides free roam transit bus pass for routes 1, 2, 4, 6 and is valid for 3 days, very useful to get to town and around even lake minnewanka, two jack, johnson and cascade ponds! Comfortable room, top notch service."

"Stayed for a short weekend trip in Nov. We got a nice corner room on the third floor with 1 king bed and it was really cozy and comfortable with a mountain view. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed at that time for maintenance (?). Overall, I would highly recommend it."

"I've been to Banff many times before, but always stayed at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. This time, my family and I decided to revisit on a whim. Since the Fairmont was fully booked every day, we had to choose another hotel. I saw the Moose Hotel on Ctrip, with its underground parking and rooftop hot springs, and immediately booked a two-night stay. Upon arrival, we found the hotel to be right on the main street in the town center, which was super convenient for shopping. You can indeed drive directly into the underground parking garage and take the elevator straight up to all floors. After dinner, we enjoyed a free hydromassage in the rooftop hot springs and massage pool, washing away the fatigue from several days of driving. The hotel also provides three days of free bus passes for guests to visit nearby attractions. Our room was well-equipped. There was a kettle provided, and the water pressure for the shower was excellent, making for a very refreshing experience."
