GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

GGuest UserThe room was huge, bigger than any Sanya hotel I've stayed in before, and the balcony was incredibly spacious! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe. There's even a waterslide by the pool, which the kids loved 🛝. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, they even call it the 'singing beach' 🏝️. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both à la carte options and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. My favorite was the freshly made and cooked lobster wontons 👍. There was also a great selection of fruits. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant was also good 👍, with authentic Thai flavors. The Baiwei Chinese restaurant was decent too 👍, meeting our expectations! As a Trip.com guest, we received special treatment and were upgraded to a sea-view room for free! This stay was an excellent value for money, especially since I used my Trip.com member points 👍.

The hygiene was excellent; the room was cleaned daily.
The environment was great, located by the sea with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including a heated one.
The service was outstanding. Our butler, Tian Tian, was very attentive and responsible. We will definitely come back again! 💓💓💓

GGuest UserStepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by its stunning oceanic aesthetic. Pearl chandeliers and fishing net-textured walls – every detail whispered island tales. Every photo I took looked like a scene from a movie. Our sea-view room was absolutely incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the coconut groves and turquoise sea. I could lie in bed and watch the waves crash on the shore, and sitting on the balcony's lounge chair, even the breeze felt sweet. The room's amenities were thoughtfully chosen: a Dyson hairdryer, a Marshall speaker, and a mini-bar with complimentary refills of coconut juice and biscuits. Even the bathrobes featured exquisite Dan family patterns – the attention to detail was exceptional.
Summer's service was truly outstanding! During check-in, she handed us a guest book, patiently recommended hidden local gems, and thoughtfully reminded us about sunscreen for the beach. In the evening, she took us to the infinity pool to watch the sunset; the sparkling sea paired with the orange-red twilight left us speechless in its romance as we quietly enjoyed the moment. Just a few minutes' walk away is the 'singing beach,' where the sand is as fine as flour – incredibly therapeutic to walk on barefoot. We could also rent paddleboards for free to enjoy the water.
The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, featuring Lingshui sour noodles, freshly baked bread, and Hainan specialty snacks. Summer proactively suggested a window seat, allowing us to enjoy breakfast with a sea view, starting our day with vigor. Returning to the room at night, we'd find small, thoughtful bedtime snacks she had quietly prepared – these unexpected little gestures were truly touching.
Leaving was so hard. Thank you, Summer, for your companionship, which made our memories at Clear Water Bay unforgettable. Next time I visit Hainan, I'll definitely stay at Indigo again and reconnect with Summer for another dose of island romance!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

Wwwwhy015As soon as you walk into the open-plan lobby, you can see the sea. We paid extra to upgrade to a family room, which was 103 square meters and had one adult bed and a space-themed crib for the baby. The space was quite large, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The wardrobe contained an iron and a safe. The room was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The minibar was free for the first use, and the package included a delicious coconut drink. The paddleboarding experience was also good. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot; you just need to register your license plate at the front desk for free parking. There's also a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop [Strong]. The hotel restaurant experience was decent, and the front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out. The concierge can even use robots to deliver takeout. There's an indoor kids' play area, and our butler, Kelly, provided excellent service. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Lingshui.

GGuest UserPlanning a trip to Sanya, Hainan, I browsed online reviews and saw that Capella Sanya was consistently praised as a top-tier hotel, so I decided to book it. My stay from April 19th to April 22nd, though brief, left me with wonderful, soul-nourishing memories.
The moment I stepped into the Capella lobby, I was instantly captivated by the magnificent scene. The dome was vast and grand, with water cascading down from above, forming a serene curtain and filling the space with its gentle murmur. Entering here, all my fatigue dissipated, leaving only a sense of peace and wonder.
Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a painting. Whether strolling by the beach and pool or wandering along the dappled paths, every view was picturesque. Lush greenery intertwined with layered water features. It truly was “a view at every turn,” with every casual photo being wallpaper-worthy. I was completely immersed in the tranquil and luxurious resort atmosphere.
Even more memorable than the environment was the service. From the front desk to the butler, restaurant, and housekeeping staff, everyone had a genuine smile, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for guests. Any need was anticipated and addressed promptly and appropriately, often without me having to ask twice. Throughout my stay, I felt utterly pampered and comfortable.
Our room experience was an even greater surprise. The bedding was incredibly soft and silky, supportive yet plush. Lying down felt like being gently embraced by clouds, making sleep an absolute delight.
Capella has perfected every detail—the scenery, the service, the living experience—making it an impeccable, gently healing, unforgettable retreat. I will definitely be back next year! Finally, I want to extend another thank you to the hotel's travel and culture officer, Diana, for her meticulous care and attention during our three-day stay.

GGuest UserThe B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
