"Traveling with an adult and a child, we got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. They also provided baby slippers, the view was great, and breakfast was good. The hygiene was also impressive, and we had no issues with noise. We stayed at three hotels during our time in Hainan, and each had its own highlights."

"Absolutely terrible. The mattress was utterly disgusting; I wouldn't have even known there was vomit on it if I hadn't been looking for something. The ground floor is a seafood restaurant, and the hallway upstairs reeked of cooking fumes. The staff actually tried to tell me it was guests cooking in their rooms – cooking until the early hours, I suppose? This entire area consists of self-built houses. While it's close to the beach, the smell of fish and cooking oil is very strong. If you like peace and quiet, steer clear. The beach quality isn't great either. From Haikou to Sanya, this is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Other places might be overpriced, but at least the quality is there. This is completely unacceptable. Just thinking about that mattress makes me sick. It usually costs around 200, but they hiked the price to 890, caring only about profit and not quality. If the environment and hygiene were even halfway decent, it might be forgivable, but this is what I got. The only positive thing was the staff; besides that, there's really nothing good to say."

Our butler, Winnie, was incredibly warm and attentive. We're very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"This hotel has very obvious pros and cons, and my overall experience was just okay. The pros are: the rooms are very spacious with private pools, the resort grounds are well-maintained with lots of greenery, it's very quiet, and not crowded at all. It's perfect for a solo getaway. Now for the many cons: First, the cleanliness is subpar. There are an incredible number of bugs. One morning, as soon as I stepped out, I squashed a huge bug that just burst, and I stood there stunned for a long time. The hotel facilities are very old. I even found broken glass shards from beer bottles on the beach, which is unbelievable. Flies were buzzing around the bread at breakfast, and no one came to deal with them. Secondly, the service was inexplicable. When I arrived and parked my car, I waited 20 minutes for the shuttle. The butler assigned to me basically ignored my messages. Only when I checked out did he tell me he was on night duty for the past few days – so frustrating. During room cleaning one morning, they folded two of my three shirts. What does that even mean? None of the hotel staff showed any proactive service, and they were all grinning, which made me doubt if they've had proper training. Finally, the hotel's location is very remote. There are no streetlights outside the resort, so you definitely need to drive yourself to get there. I definitely won't be coming back."

There's a popular 'influencer swing' there, and we enjoyed drinks at the beach bar while relaxing on a hammock and watching the sunset – very pleasant. We went to Fenjiezhou Island once for a swim in the sea but didn't try any other activities. The guesthouse staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, much appreciated! "I never expected to stay at a seaside hotel in Lingshui with a Song Dynasty aesthetic. The location is superb, right next to the popular Shuikou Bridge. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed views, and the overall Song Dynasty design is warm and elegant. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and attentive. Fuli Bay Beach is just downstairs, and Xiangshui Bay is easily accessible. A single window offers panoramic views of the azure sea, with the Song Dynasty charm mingling with the sound of the tide. A private tea table allows you to enjoy tea indoors while gazing at the boundless ocean. The hotel boasts a wealth of recreational facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, gym, billiards room, and badminton courts, perfect for leisurely exercise. Next time, I'll definitely come back with friends for a relaxing getaway, away from the hustle and bustle, to slowly savor a tranquil and healing seaside retreat."

"This hotel offers great value for money and has an excellent location. The rooms are nice, and the hotel views are quite good. The breakfast is also plentiful, catering to various tastes. The facilities include a swimming pool and hot springs, making it ideal for families with children. I particularly want to commend the lifeguard at the pool. My child, without me noticing, jumped into the pool where it was a bit deep and swallowed some water. The lifeguard spotted it immediately and rescued them, preventing any harm. I'm very grateful for the lifeguard's attentiveness and responsibility. I highly recommend this hotel."
