The room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

A great stay experience. I hastily decided to come to Lingshui for only one day. When we checked in, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic and took us to the place where we stayed. Although it was a hot summer day, it was beautiful as soon as we opened the door. With the sea view and the sea breeze, it is indeed more comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. The location is also very good, very close to the seaside, and there are small animals to feed. The quality of the sea water and beach here is not inferior to that of Madai. It's a pity that the time is too short and the children haven't had enough fun yet. There will be only next time.

JiajianvwuThis was the best hotel we stayed at during our Hainan trip this summer! The family suite at Lanhaiju was perfectly situated with a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse! I had thought it was a pure garden view room, so I was thrilled to see the lighthouse in the distance as soon as I entered. Not only the room view, but all areas of the hotel are fantastic backdrops for photos! Access to the hotel grounds and beach requires a booking confirmation or room key card, indicating very strict management.
The breakfast was excellent, no complaints there. We found different delicious options each of the three mornings, and the à la carte menu also varied daily. The dinner beach BBQ buffet, with its setting at the filming location of 'Lost in the Stars' and the lighthouse, offered an amazing ambiance. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety of dishes.
Stepping out the back door of the hotel leads directly to a private, quiet, and clean beach with fine sand and a gentle slope. If it weren't so hot, I could have easily spent the whole day just relaxing there!
During our stay, our dedicated butler Chloe was incredibly responsive to our needs every day, almost instantly replying whether it was day or night. She worked very hard!
Three days just wasn't enough; we'll definitely be back next summer!

This was my first time staying at the Kimpton Lingshui, and as a new hotel, it’s filled with an artistic vibe everywhere you look. From the lobby to the rooms, all the furniture and amenities are meticulously designed and crafted – truly beautiful, perfect for anyone who loves taking photos. The pool is also excellent, and they even have a lazy river, which is really fun! The dining quality exceeded my expectations, especially breakfast; it’s rare to find so many small pastries that are both pretty and delicious. The seafood at the buffet dinner was also top-notch 👍. Additionally, the personalized butler service was incredibly thoughtful. Winnie added me on WeChat even before check-in, providing a lot of relevant information. During my stay, she proactively helped us with meal reservations and activity bookings, which significantly enhanced our travel experience. We even received a very cute farewell gift at checkout, which made me so happy! 🥳

Guest UserOur stay at the Hainan Sanyue Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The service was thoughtful and attentive, always on call. The rooms were new, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The Sky Moon Palace Chinese restaurant offered breathtaking views and the dishes were fresh and delicious. The Rainforest Water Park and the popular sky infinity pool had clean water, and the Bunny Heart Park was full of fun for the kids. With dining, entertainment, and activities all in one place, it's the top choice for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

Guest UserI stayed in a full sea-view king room, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful. They arranged a high-floor room based on my special request, which offered a truly expansive view. It's super close to the sea; just a 3-minute walk downstairs to the beach. The beach was almost deserted, feeling like a private paradise. So, in terms of sea views and convenience, it completely holds its own against established hotels in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. What's more, the hotel's room facilities are very new, which really sets it apart from many hotels that opened in the early 2000s or 2010s.
As for service, the hotel team is young but very patient. A staff member (an older sister) brought water to our 9th-floor room several times, and her attitude was consistently excellent – a big thank you for her hard work! The service was also incredibly thoughtful; sometimes they anticipated our needs even better than we did. While waiting for our ride to leave, a staff member proactively came over to offer two bottles of water, reminding us about the heat and the risk of heatstroke.
The biggest advantage is definitely the price. For the same room type, sea view, and service, you'd easily pay 1500+ RMB per night at other hotels, but here it's only 500-600 RMB per night. It's an absolute steal for students, definitely a 'go for it' kind of deal! 👌🏻
The only slight downside is that the beach hasn't really been developed, so it's quite rough. For this, you could consider taking a taxi to nearby Qingshuiwan during the day, which is only about a 20-minute ride.

Guest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

WaxilinbeiOur family trip to Sanya Capella exceeded all expectations! We were incredibly lucky to receive a room upgrade to a quiet and private pool villa. The private courtyard with its own pool was perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. The hotel's landscaping is stunning, with tropical coconut groves and a star-gazing water curtain creating an amazing ambiance; every corner is a photo opportunity. The entire staff was attentive and thoughtful, responding promptly to all our needs, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent. Special commendation goes to Alexander, our Culture & Leisure Officer, who was patient and considerate throughout, proactively offering tour suggestions and skillfully coordinating all our requests with perfect discretion. He made the whole trip worry-free and enjoyable. With top-tier facilities and warm service, it’s ideal for family vacations and definitely worth a second visit. Highly recommended!

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

NomadaThe boathouse-style rooms are unique and has good quality amenities. The gardens surrounding it are well tended, with a soothing sea view at the plunge pool area. It is a cul de sac, with a gangplank promenade of restaurants (but nothing to shout about). What was a real disappointment is the beach further along that is curbed due to construction work - it is no longer possible to walk the whole length of the beach. So what is left in this area is a sad, dirty small beach. There is no accessible beach in front of the guesthouse.
