Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong
The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻
The staff were also so polite and friendly!!
Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!
But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

GGuest UserEven more beautiful than the advertised pictures, the hotel has its own river trail, and there are not many people, which is really good
Unfortunately, it was raining when we came, the temperature was a bit low, and playing in the water was a bit cool
The hotel steward will be reminded in advance of dinner, afternoon tea, need help private message reply is also very fast, and help carry luggage to the room
The only thing that feels inadequate is indeed the room along the mountain spring road, the duplex family room is too high, climbing up and down is quite exercise, next time it is better to book two rooms.
It was a very pleasant trip

The location of the hotel was pretty good, parking was very convenient, check-in was quick, the room was quite large, the bathroom was quite large, and there was also a laundry room. Very comfortable stay!

GGuest UserA very distinctive homestay in Nankun Mountain. There was light rain and heavy fog on the day of check-in, and the temperature dropped, so we could only stay in the room and the study. The photos were not good. There was a TV and a piano in the lobby public area. The second floor of the lobby was a restaurant. There was a small activity space near the swimming pool. To be honest, the experience was generally not much to play. There was no pool in the room. The duplex wooden house was quite small, and there were not many places to put things, let alone activity space. The decoration was a simple business hotel. The only highlight was the shower gel. The service was generally good. The hygiene was good. There were glutinous rice balls for supper in the evening, and fairy wands were also given. The breakfast was simple. There were a la carte dishes, hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We ordered a la carte for more than 400 yuan, and the portion was not enough. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Cai for his all-round care and help.

GGuest UserWe came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

GGuest UserAlthough it is raining, it does not affect the children's fun. After the rain, the air in Guwei Village is fresh. The B&B staff are considerate and provide wind chimes for children. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is also a library on the first floor. The decor is very tasteful. The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great!
I would like to make a small suggestion. The table in the room is a bit small and not easy to put things on. It is recommended to put a larger table in such a large room.

XXiangyaodejiudeFacilities: For a five-star hotel that opened in 2022, it's disappointing that there's no smart toilet. The quality of the bathroom fixtures is very low, and the disposable amenities and linens are quite ordinary. Even the family room bathroom is pitifully small.
Environment: There are many hot spring pools, but the water quality feels like it's been diluted with boiler water a bit too much. The activities for children are good, both indoors and outdoors, and without too many extra charges.
Service: There are plenty of staff, and they are all prompt and attentive. Everything is handled by humans, no robots delivering items. However, you have to go downstairs to pick up takeaways, and the elevators were overloaded during the holidays. The breakfast has a wide variety but low quality; I just settled for some congee.
Hygiene: It's clear that there isn't a high volume of guests normally. The bathroom glass and metal fixtures have old water stains, the cubbies where towels are placed are dusty, and there are many hidden dirty spots. Housekeeping during extended stays is very sloppy; the bed was made like it is at home, and the room service center clearly lacks proper, systematic training.

MM20864****I booked my accommodation well in advance for the New Year's Day holiday trip, and thankfully, all the rooms were booked for the day. I stayed in a Planet Room, enjoying the fun of outdoor camping without worrying about bathroom facilities. It was perfect for someone like me who wanted both stunning outdoor scenery and comfortable living. It had several small hot tubs with views of the mountaintop, many popular photo spots, and also offered dining and barbecue facilities, which was great. The hygiene was a bit worse than a five-star hotel, but tolerable.

The hot springs area is quite extensive featuring many pools with different curative qualities, steam baths etc. The area is beautiful with abundant nature, mountains and bamboo forests. There is also a friendly town neighbouring the resort. The greatest asset is the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable.

I booked the Longmen Longwan Hotel early. Because I arrived late that day, the front desk still welcomed me warmly
The room also had warm reminders for the marathon and sent fruits
The next day, breakfast was also opened in advance for runners, and there was a free shuttle bus to the gymnasium
The hotel is not new, but the room is clean and odorless, and the rooms on the roadside can also see the river view of Zengjiang
