Although the room is simple, but the warm service, let me generally not leave a comment, deliberately leave a comment. When we left the store, we agreed that this service hospitality was worth the price. I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 that night and didn't have dinner. The boss and his wife simply made fried rice noodles and meat slices of green vegetable soup for us. The three of them felt more satisfied than lunch! The breakfast is simple and delicious, and the restaurant is located in the green mountains. The small courtyard is surrounded by mountains and the air is fresh. Really recommend.

GGuest UserEnding summer on a high note, I stumbled upon this divine guesthouse, and my experience at Pella Manor far exceeded expectations! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the butler, and stepping inside, I was instantly charmed by the romantic French decor and the soothing scent of eucalyptus. The overall environment is incredibly refined, with thoughtful details everywhere, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool while the adults could quietly read a book, followed by a delightful afternoon tea. Afterwards, we explored the grounds, spotting orange, star fruit, and lemon trees, and snapped some beautiful photos. I definitely want to return in winter if I have the chance!

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserWe came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

GGuest UserA very distinctive homestay in Nankun Mountain. There was light rain and heavy fog on the day of check-in, and the temperature dropped, so we could only stay in the room and the study. The photos were not good. There was a TV and a piano in the lobby public area. The second floor of the lobby was a restaurant. There was a small activity space near the swimming pool. To be honest, the experience was generally not much to play. There was no pool in the room. The duplex wooden house was quite small, and there were not many places to put things, let alone activity space. The decoration was a simple business hotel. The only highlight was the shower gel. The service was generally good. The hygiene was good. There were glutinous rice balls for supper in the evening, and fairy wands were also given. The breakfast was simple. There were a la carte dishes, hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We ordered a la carte for more than 400 yuan, and the portion was not enough. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Cai for his all-round care and help.

The front desk staff saw that we had a lot of luggage (because the child is small, so we also travel with a lot of things), and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free, which made the child's stay even more enjoyable. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is also a library on the first floor. The decor is very tasteful. The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great!
I would like to make a small suggestion. The table in the room is a bit small and not easy to put things on. It is recommended to put a larger table in such a large room.
