KKenneth kylbriI had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Botanica Sanctuary. Nestled in the refreshing mountain air, it provided the perfect, peaceful escape from the city. My room was beautifully designed and spotless, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Between the stunning rooftop pool and the delicious breakfast spread, it was a truly luxurious getaway that I highly recommend

Aabdi zack elbanjaryWe had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city.
The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay.
The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids.
What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family.
We will definitely be coming back!

DDavidzzVery nice, really enjoy nature, but because the position is not too high, still in the Megamendung area, so it's not too cold. Finding the lobby is also very difficult, there are no clear directions. But I will come back again. Thanks.

AArwinanda Pratama”The hotel is quite good, with a resort feel. The swimming pool is quite spacious, there's an outdoor playground, a small gym, a karaoke room, and a billiards table. We traveled with 4 children. The Junior Suite room is quite spacious, with facilities that are standard for a 3-star hotel. The reception staff was less helpful, but the other staff were quite helpful. I would recommend it for families.”

1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations.
2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor.
3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate.
4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels.
Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard.
I hope they can make significant improvements in the future.

AAnonymous UserStayed at the 2 bedroom villa. The place was nice, clean and spacious. Our room was quite far from the reception, so we had to take a buggy to get around. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it didn’t feel stuffy since we could open the windows and let the cool air in. Air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserI stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

AAnonymous UserIts a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it.
The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid.
The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy.
Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast.
Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound.
So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel.
However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities.
Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.
