Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel offered a wonderful experience for my concert trip. What impressed me most was its quiet environment and great location, just a short trip to the arena, saving plenty of time on transportation. Inside the room, everything was well-maintained: effective sound insulation blocked outside noise, the air conditioner worked smoothly, and the bathroom remained dry and hygienic all the time. Housekeeping service was thoughtful, replenishing drinking water and cleaning rubbish regularly each day. Staff members were polite and helpful whenever I asked questions about directions or local transport. Public areas were kept neat as well. Compared with many overpriced hotels amid serious room shortages for the tour, this one provided great value for money. I highly recommend it to fellow fans traveling for concerts, and I will consider staying here again next time.
MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury.
Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist.
Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent.
MMummypandaRoom very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel, especially suitable for young people. The decor is thoughtfully designed, and the location is fantastic – right by Haeundae Beach. Step downstairs and you're on the pedestrian street with tons of food options. The hotel's 3rd floor offers printing services, charging stations, luggage storage, and various entertainment and leisure areas. It might be peak season, so the hotel was quite busy. However, the 11 AM check-out time, which seems common in Korean hotels, is a bit hard to accept. I've stayed in many countries where check-out is at 12 PM, and 11 AM feels too rushed.
AAnonymous UserThe apartment was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. It was small and cosy, yet spacious enough to open one big and one small luggage comfortably. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Trash disposal instructions were clearly stated in the guidebook, so be sure to refer to it. Do note that toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, so remember to bring your own. Located in Haeundae, it takes about 30 minutes from Busan Station to get there via tax, but the area is convenient—close to the beach and the night market.
CCeres NgIm a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax).
Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort.
1) bath towel shortage
I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half?
2) staff being rude
There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :(
3) no aircon
This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy.
Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are many seafood stir-fry restaurants, and it's just a straight walk to Nampo-dong Street, which is where I wanted to go, so no getting lost. One street is bustling, and the other is more local. You can find everything you want to buy there, the only problem is not having enough money! It's also only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. The room rate is very reasonable, and best of all, the hotel always smells so nice and comforting.

Very Good
MMihua0036The hotel is beautiful, and it's very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea when the weather is good. The room is also quite spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, it's really far out and public transport isn't very convenient; you'll mostly rely on taxis. Also, note that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.
CCalvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
GGuest UserExcellent stay! Clean rooms, great service, and a convenient location. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommended and will definitely return.
