【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

We were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected. It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat. We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate. We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available. The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won. The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort. Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae.

The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

The location is great, with easy access to public transport and close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The environment is clean. However, the bathroom drain is a bit slow, which causes a drain smell in the room.

It’s such a beautiful hotel. Every view is aesthetic to the eyes. If one like to spend some time relaxing and have some quiet moments, here’s the place. It’s 20mins car ride to haeundae beach. The breakfast is expensive so we didn’t try. There is a 24hours shop that sells cup noodles etc. if walk nearby there’s lots of eateries from 11am onwards. Or you can either walk out to lottee mart or premium outlets. (About 20mins walk or 5mins car ride)

The hotel is very close to the beach, so the view from the window is great, and the surrounding area is convenient. However, check-in is strictly at 3 PM. Even a minute early is not allowed. Everyone has to wait until 3 PM, so the lobby was full of people waiting. It felt a bit impersonal. Also, the blue light from the air conditioner couldn't be turned off and was very bright. One of the room lights was also broken and stayed on, which really affected my sleep. On the last day, I paid an extra 100 RMB for breakfast. The variety was very limited and quite mediocre – not worth the price.

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the surrounding area is great for exploring. There are plenty of food options, a market nearby, and the beach is also very close. You can even walk to Haeundae Station from here. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing. Regarding the accommodation, check-in is strictly after 3 PM; not even 2:30 PM is allowed. English communication was very good, and having a Wowpass machine in the lobby was super convenient. Breakfast was average, but they have a ramen machine, which is a plus! The dining area is small, but they manage breakfast by assigning time slots, which is great because it prevents everyone from crowding together. The room is small and can't fit two large suitcases. The desk lamp was also broken; I had to go to the lobby to ask for a replacement. From the balcony, you can catch a small glimpse of the beach, but the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in dust. The general cleaning seemed quite perfunctory; there were a bunch of stickers next to the coffee table (probably left by the previous guest, who clearly lacked manners). The hotel is beautiful, and it's very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea when the weather is good. The room is also quite spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, it's really far out and public transport isn't very convenient; you'll mostly rely on taxis. Also, note that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.

The room was spacious, and I loved that the toilet, shower, and sink were all separate – very convenient! The soundproofing was excellent too. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Busan's Bupyeong Market and BIFF Square. There's a snack street right downstairs, and the seafood market is within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom lacks separated wet and dry zones, so showering can wet other areas. The wifi can be slow at times, though overall acceptable. A highlight is the beautiful view of the Gwangan Bridge from the room. I stayed here for a concert, and the price spiked to about double the normal rate. The lobby area feels a bit old and worn, though the staff are kind and responsive. Location is convenient for enjoying the beachfront area with restaurants and stores, but it can be quite loud at night when events are held on Gwangalli Beach. The hotel is about 600 meters from Gwangan Station (Line 2). Taxis are convenient, but rush-hour traffic can be heavy on the two-lane road in front of the hotel. There is a nearby corner convenience store for quick needs.
