Amazing
LLaomaidangAfter moving from the Park Hyatt Busan, I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Haeundae. My ocean view room was a bit small, but the view was fantastic – endless sea and sky, with a bustling beach that connects to a park, making it a great spot for a vacation or a stroll. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Busan's pedestrian street. The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my stay very comfortable. The amenities were comprehensive. This trip to Busan really changed my perception of service in Korea; the past rumors of discrimination against Chinese people seem to be gone. The room, though slightly small, was tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and nice toiletries. The bathroom only had a bathtub, no separate shower. Breakfast and the Chinese restaurant offerings were good, a bit pricey but acceptable. Given the recent sharp depreciation of the Korean won, now is a great time to visit Korea.

MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

YYuermeiFacilities: Well-equipped. Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing. Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh..... Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's right on the beach, and only a 5-minute walk from the capsule train station. There's a seafood market nearby where you can buy fresh seafood and have it cooked on the spot. Transportation is also convenient. Plus, there's a popular bakery right outside that only sells sea salt croissants, and they're delicious!

AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room. The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet. I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron. The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm. I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there. I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

GGuest UserThe hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

GGuest UserWhenever I visit Busan, I always stay here. The location is excellent, right in the middle of a shopping district. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. This time, I stayed in a triple room, and there was plenty of space for two large and three small suitcases without feeling cramped. Highly recommended!

SSach TunThe information about this hotel on trip.com was inaccurate. First, check in time according to the hotel’s staff was 10pm, not 6pm as per trip.com. We turned up at the hotel 5:45pm to find out that the hotel’s checkin time was more than 4 hours later. The front desk insisted we pay additional 30k won to check in at 6pm.  The hotel room felt smaller than 24 sq.m. There was a computer with rusty keyboard in the room (maybe for gamers?) and a giant TV that nearly takes up the entire wall. Perhaps these things attract Korean customers but to me I think they are an eyesore and unnecessary for a hotel stay. Breakfast is self-service (you have to wash the plates and cups afterwards), with limited items - the day we went there were instant noodles, eggs, bread, peanut butter, coffee, tea, milk, bananas. We paid £135 per night which we thought was a rip off.

MMihua0036The hotel is beautiful, and it's very pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sea when the weather is good. The room is also quite spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, it's really far out and public transport isn't very convenient; you'll mostly rely on taxis. Also, note that toothbrushes and slippers are not provided.

GGuest UserThe whole building is quite old The lift is dirty and smelly When you open the room door, the odor is so strong The whole room smell like human waste You have to open the window to let the smell get away all the time Whenever we used the toilet it was a torture… Yet, THE LOCATION IS PERFECT THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM IS PERFECT TOO So please renovate the whole building and I am sure it will be a perfect hotel in Gwangan then.
