GGuest UserThe hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!

PPaul YearickThis excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!

LLisa_AХороший отель, ни чуть не пожалели, что остановились здесь. Вкусные завтраки, вкусные ужины, хороший чистый бассейн и очень приветливый персонал. В комнате пахнет очень вкусно - лемонграсом. Минус комнаты - сильная слышимость. Мы пытались уснуть пораньше, так как предстоял ранний подъем но до 10 вечера слышали, как соседи звенели вилками и болтали, ужиная.
Еще один минус - расположение кондиционера. Он дует прямо на кровать, а одеял в отеле нет, только простыни. С кондиционером холодно, без него - жарко 😁
Но в целом, эти два минуса не перекрыли позитивный настрой, так как отель показался нам очень классным. Отдельный плюс я хочу отметить за книжку с заданиями, которую дали моему сыну. Очень много интересных заданий, которые он выполнял, пока ожидал ужин, или в течение дня.
По прохождении книжки есть подарок - мороженое.
Очень мило.
Кстати, в пяти минутах от отеля чудесный пляж! 🥰 и там почти нет людей.

GGuest UserThe hotel gave a lot of surprises. The performance after sunset was very ceremonial, with strong Sri Lankan local dances and songs, allowing you to immerse yourself in the teardrop of the Indian Ocean.

ААлександр БабкинPrice-quality is consistent. Cleaning only on request, with no change of clothing. Shampoo and air conditioners are not available, put a small soap. Staff polite and welcoming. There is a parking, in the room air conditioner, wi-fi is weak. In a generally simple and budget hotel, your money is worth. Waiting for super-ordinary, of course, isn't worth.

The room has air conditioning and fan. There was water in the room when you checked in, but on extension it is not added. After a trip com breakfast paid, 1000 rupees for two, we didn't like the first, no more asked.

BbestsunshineIt is a good choice in Trincomalee. The hotel has a private beach, the scenery is very beautiful, and you can cook by yourself. I bought fresh shrimp and fish to make it myself. The focus is on going out to sea to see the dolphins. The boat family can send us back to the hotel directly from the sea! Come back next time!

MMr Adam PorterGreat location just a short walk from the beach. Dennis was our host when we were there and he was absolutely fantastic, recommended good restaurants, helped organise transport, looked after us at breakfast and made you feel extremely welcome. Rooms are certainly ok for the price you’re paying but refurbishment is needed. Showers didn’t seem to have hot water, air conditioning was great though.
