RRafsana ChoudhuryThis return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

The room is large, and you can add an extra bed for free, which is suitable for family travel. The service is in place and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel manager Niko is very friendly and professional.

First off, the hotel’s location is perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotel’s serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

GGuest UserThis was my first business trip to Qatar, and I only stayed for a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, the bedding was top-notch, and the internet speed was very good. The breakfast was also fantastic and very varied. The only minor downside was that toothpaste wasn't provided, but fortunately, I always carry my own. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it's also conveniently close to the airport.

AAnonymous UserChecked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth.
Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late.
If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Doha’s key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming.
The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price.
As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort.
The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable.
Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay.

AAdrian LemaI ve got a problem with my flight and I arrived one day later and they manage to get the room and don’t cancel the booking.
Not a bad choice but there s no view from the rooms. And I particularly had a problem, when I came back to the hotel on the first day after sightseeing , my room door was opened… I didn’t know why, and also the do not disturb sign was hungered on the handle. I called the reception and they said that no one came into the room.
I needed to make sure that all my items were ok!
I ven been to Doha many times but always in different hotel and this never happened.
