Stayed as family of four (teenagers) in one bedroom suite. Got early checkin and late checkout on Friday night which was great. There's no view in the room but wasn't much of an issue. The pool was great, but the swim up bar wasn't open on Friday, despite the homepage saying it is. It was open on Saturday but we were getting ready to checkout so really wasn't in the drinking phase. The executive lounge had good choice of food and drinks. They only had beers and wines so no spirits, even basics. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and there was no lock which was bit inconvenient. The sofa bed was bit small for 2 ppl and the king bed was very spacious. Overall it was great hotel for an overnight stay as family. Would highly recommend

What a great experience at The Point, very warm and welcoming staff to greet us first time, and then always wanting to help. Dining at the Lambert Resto was also awesome! Wonderful and warm service, thanks Joe and Yvonne for the lovely experience. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to just pop into Brissy for a short business trip to stay here! I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

The room has a modern feel, and the bed is comfortable. However, there was toothpaste residue left in the cup in the bathroom. The shower head was leaking, and the door couldn't close properly. After the shower the water is leaking out to the toilet area. Nice gym areas, however, 8 equipments only 2 have power supply. Staffs are friendly.

An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

The hotel is nice and clean. For it's price it's worth the value and a short distance walk to everything plus providing parking for your car. The only thing I thought was missing is the hotel didn't provide any water to use for making tea and coffee that is provided.

The location was good and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay. My disappointment was that when checking in they charged me A$50 on my debit card which was supposed to be a deposit for extras. However, unlike all the other hotels I have stayed at, it was not a hold on my card but instead immediately debited from my bank account. On check out, I expected an immediate refund as should be as I did not have any extras but they said it would be refunded in a few days with the reason that it would be an international transaction. It's been 30 days and still no refund or update directly from the hotel. This is very disappointing because the charge should not have been effected on my account beforehand without a clear explanation. I continue waiting for the refund.

I love this apartment - I love having a little covered balcony. The location is convenient to walks in the Botanic Gardens and along the river, and there are plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. Parking is accessible and reasonably priced. The unit contains everything you need, including a small washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is also adequate - although having ice in the freezer trays would be a plus after a long day!

If you come by train from the airport, it's about a 10-minute walk from Central Station, and the location is good for the city center, ferry terminal, sightseeing, eating and drinking, and shopping. I stayed in a Bridge view room, so the view from the spacious veranda with chairs and tables was very nice. There was also a convenience store next door, and when I needed water, it was much more convenient than in Sydney city. Guests from South America used the pool on the fifth floor. There are 1 types of tableware, kitchen knives, and tongs, so I think it's good for those who use room meals.

The location of The Sebel Apartment is very good. It is two intersections away from Queen Street, which belongs to the most central location, but the subway is being built at the intersection, and the noise at night lasts until one o'clock in the morning. The one-bedroom house is very small, and there are no kitchen facilities, especially the bathroom is smaller, the bed is made of two small beds, and the overall hygiene is good. The facilities are relatively simple and old, but the room is quite tidy. The attitude of the service staff is good, and there is no waiter who can speak Chinese.

Don't complain about your reservation as you'll be told.....”You can cancel if you are not happy”... Yes, ”I'll do that with the magic round in town” and a wedding the next day. Our stay was for our daughters wedding and was disappointed on arrival when our bookings weren't on the same floor after requesting this 5 months at the original booking. Place is pretty clean, beautiful views of the botanical gardens and the river from the balcony. Not a quiet hotel as you could hear a lot of noise at night.
