"Out of all the hotels I stayed at in Italy this trip, this one was by far the best. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the Dolomites. The room layout was quite comfortable, and the view was absolutely incredible! It's also very suitable for family travel, a child-friendly hotel with many families staying there. The breakfast was fantastic, and all the ingredients were labeled with their farm of origin. The hotel includes dinner, served as a set menu, which was quite thoughtfully prepared, although the taste was just average... The kids, however, really enjoyed their children's meals. Looking forward to staying here again!"

And an excellent atmospheric restaurant in which we ate on one evening."

We had an issue and they stepped in to assist us as strangers who don’t speak the language. The true meaning of hospitality. I would highly recommend the Adler as a wonderful place to stay."

"We were already on the Haller Suites for the fourth time and this speaks for itself! We feel comfortable here around, the Haller family creates a special atmosphere, the corner suite is dreamy beautiful - like the entire design of the hotel, the food in the AO is a pleasure, also breakfast is great. With the bus you can reach quickly in Brixen (overday), even walking away without kneel problems. A lot of walks are possible and Brixen is a charming place with many good restaurants in the place / surroundings."
