"For this to have been the Holiday inn very disturbing and disappointing the conditions of the place are terrible my room wasn't properly cleaned left the old soap in the tub and dirt ring the heater/air conditioner wouldn't cut off and it made a horrible noise so you couldn't get a comfortable sleep the cable didn't work and there wasn't any breakfast the pool hot tub area was completely disrespectful. Computer was down so it was just a terrible display of service and conditions for the holiday inn and Trip just terrible wasn't expecting that"

Breakfast was included and featured an above average continental breakfast with items like egg bites, bacon, and belgian waffles. The pool was normal size for a hotel but seemed to use salt in addition to chlorine so it was more comfortable. Overall - great sta"
