The Balcone Suites & Resort
8.5 (71 reviews)

The Balcone Suites & Resort ★★★★★

📍 P9Q3+C4X, Jl. Bukittinggi - Padang Sidempuan No.KM.7, Kec. Tilatang Kamang, Gadut

"Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel, hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building"

"Had a pleasant stay at Grand Bunda Hotel Bukittinggi. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options, and the overall service exceeded expectations. A great choice for both family vacations and business trips in Bukittinggi."

"He said it was general, but it turns out it's sharia, I'm sorry, it can't be canceled anyway If it really is sharia, it's better to be straight forward in the title, or in the hotel brand Eh, I'm not surprised, it turns out that sharia is a general policy"

"The facilities are good, at that price you can also get breakfast straight away, close to gadang hours you can go around the city center, the service is friendly, it's just a shame because the building is old so the atmosphere is a bit like that... Over all it's good"
