"The room facilities were modern and semi-automatic, which is relatively good for Australia, considering it's a camping project sponsored by one of Australia's top car insurance companies. We stayed just before the peak season, so the price was reasonable at around 400 AUD per night, and we extended our stay for another night. The front desk service was extremely unfriendly. The first night, they provided two bottles of water. On the second night, we asked for two more bottles and tea bags, and despite our reluctance, they provided the tea bags, but were very rude! They didn't provide the water, and we ended up taking one bottle and paying an extra 4 AUD. I asked if the two bottles of water were included in the room rate, and they said yes, but not for our extended stay! When we extended our stay the next day, we requested room cleaning and replenishment of supplies. They said they would clean later, but no one ever came. This is a rural hotel; they have difficulty hiring and can't find enough staff, so the service is indeed lacking. Don't have high expectations."
