Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

1. The location is excellent, you can eat and drink right outside the door. 2. The breakfast is minimal, but the dining environment is bright. 3. Internet and air-conditioning are not working at all.

It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .

The staff were very interested, tea coffee etc. You can bring it whenever you want, and when you see a thermos in your hand while skiing, they fill it up. Many thanks to the staff. The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

Selim Onerli , Burak and front desk team were absolutely amazing. They are so customer centric and offered impeccable hospitality during our stay. Nothing is too much for them - oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast staff they are all one amazing team The B Loft is the best hotel ever in Bursa, I would not exchange it for any other hotel. The entire compliment of team is absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much for them. Well done and keep up the great work, your absolute care for the customers. The hotel's location is easily accessible at walking distance from the center of the historical area. It was a more feature to have its own parking. The staff was riddle and related. The rooms can change size, we had two rooms, one was a little small room but the other was large enough. The room was clean and breakfast *** meat was enough. I prefer again.

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

We were very pleased with the breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff and the conveniences offered. They upgraded our room, when we checked in, they took our requests into account and responded immediately. A complete comfort hotel from A to Z. We definitely recommend it.
