But, the Cabarete area is very good, since there is a lot of movement of foreigners and a lot of parties. As far as very good place is concerned. (PS: There is little Uber offer) If you go and there is an Uber with the name Ever, it is the best＜3"

The rooms are tastefully decorated with woodgrain tile and comfortable beds, the pool area is huge and beautiful with a swim up bar, everything is extremely clean, there is a large on-sight parking lot, and it's centrally located in the heart of Cabarete. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the security guards at the front gate. It was a great stay!"

"Pros: beach front, easy access to the beach, tranquility around the lounge beach chairs. Friendly staff Cons: hotel is dated, shower was too small. There were cucarachas coming off the AC vents. Staff came to address it right away, however. There are not elevators and it is difficult to bring luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors. The place was not design for people with mobility issues. Also people are allowed with dogs unleashed. One small dog came after me. When I approach the dog’s owner to ask if he could put his dog on a leash, he became belligerent, disrespectful, and a kind of ******. The hotel staff watched and did nothing. When I ask for the manager to complaint I was told she was on vacation (?) when I ask for whoever was in charge, I was also told that person was also unavailable. It was frustrating and disappointing as that was a safety issue that remained unaddressed."

"Horrible experience, refused to give me a refund. Waited 2 hours for a room. Claimed couldn’t find my reservation because of trip.com app. Food unedible. The only restaurant with decent food is on the resort property but for an extra charge. My family was separated and their room had no AC . No one ever came to fix it. Electric power was out at 4am, still at 9am no power available. No hot water ever. Only desserts were edible. Bread was hard , seating was limited , no extra seating available . Limited staff, the same person that greets you is the same working serving drinks at food court. Alcohol beverages watery . Gas station on front of resort , walked across the street to look for food to eat but only coffee, beer and chips available. Worst experience ever."

"The hotel is very centrally located in Cabarete, and everything is within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, bars, and the long sandy beach. The hotel has two pools and a whirlpool. The gardens are very well-maintained, and the resort is very pleasant; there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for relaxing by the pool. The rooms are very bright and pleasantly furnished, the bed is very spacious, and each room has a large closet with a mirror. Each room has a terrace or balcony. The bathroom always has hot water for showering."

"This boutique style hotel is the perfect location for a large family/friend vacation. There are 4 floors with 2 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartments on each floor. The bedrooms are roomy and each apartment has a big ocean view balcony and full kitchen. The pool area is great with direct access to the beach. The staff, led by Bree and Francisco are very friendly, accommodating and professional. We hired private chefs to make breakfast and dinner every day which was the cherry on top of an amazing experience. We had the entire property to ourselves. We felt completely safe while there."
