Gorgeous 😍 property with easy beach access! Concierge very helpful with explaining how to get to different attractions and points 👉 of interest. Included breakfast buffet a 5 star 🌟 experience with Mediterranean style food. Cappuccino/ coffee machines easy to understand and access. A/C in room adequate as the shower pressure was as well. Clean comfortable bed. Welcome 🙏 champagne 🍾 upon arrival and a full bottle of champagne 🍾 if it's your birthday 🎂 complete with local chocolates. A 5 star 🌟 experience that I would recommend to everyone! A true Gem!

El restaurante muy decepcionante por la mala calidad de algunos productos. y la falta de formación de los empleados. La mesa sólo tenía copas de agua. Pedimos también vino y se nos servio en la misma copa de agua. Pedimos una ensalada de sandía pero nos trajeron una ensalada con lechuga francesa, medio tomate y una lonchas de zanahoria. Luego nos dijeron que era la ensalada del huerto que por cierto no estaba en la carta. Pero lo grave es que las hojas de la lechuga francesa eran las exteriores que se desechan pues las buenas son las del interior de la lechuga, con una aspecto de pasadas y sucias. Lo pusimos de manifiesto y nos trajeron otra con lechuga romana. Cierto que no nos la cobraron, pero entiendo que un restaurante con este precio y categoría no puede servir una lechuga pasada y con mal aspecto, El arroz muy bueno y el café solo servido en una taza de café con leche, una falta clara de formación y profesionalidad. Obviamente ni lo recomiendo ni volveré. Eso si, los masajes un 10.

De 5 estrellas gran lujo solo tiene las tarifas. La ubicación frente al mar es muy buena. Hamacas de playa incluidas en el precio de la habitación pero OJOOOOO si quieres una en primera línea de playa, tienes que pagar 100 euros la día. Por cierto, están sucisiimas y viejisimas. Y 26 euros el parking en la puerta del hotel en la calle. Habitación con bañera y con cortina!!!! El desayuno es bastante corto en variedad pero todo es exquisito, jamón ibérico de verdad. La limpieza muy muy mejorable. Un hotel frío en ambiente, poco acogedor y que ya acusa el paso de los años con poco mantenimiento. La zona de piscina en una azotea en edificio anexo, también a desmano y con poco equipamiento. No volveremos. No vale la pena.

I recently stayed at hotel, and while the hotel’s modern architecture and comfortable rooms were impressive, there were some disappointing aspects. The restaurants provided a good variety of food, but the beach experience was lacking. The hotel's policy of reserving front-row sunbeds for 100 Euros, even for guests, is unfair, especially since it's a public beach where anyone can set up their umbrellas just in front. Additionally, there are no proper showers at the beach, and guests are left with the inconvenient option of rinsing off with a bucket of water. This took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

We have chosen this hotel for its access to the beach, however we had a bad experience today that the front row on the beach is for 100 euros even if you are a hotel guest. Yesterday we settled in the front row area without any problems with family. However today early morning, we were told that if we wanted to use the sunbeds in the frontline, we had to pay 100 euros. For a public beach? The hotel is using the public beach and the local people can come and settle down anywhere they want on the beach, even in front of the hotel sunbed area. I think that A five star beach hotel must offer sunbeds and parasols without any charge to its guests. That’s the reason we stay here. Surprisingly, this application and the fee is not stated or written anywhere on the beach or in their website. I have never seen such a practice in any other Le meridien hotels or Marriotts. Last summer we have stayed in Le Meridien Beach Plaza in Monaco and there was nothing like that. It was totally a much better experience. In addition, the beach boy told us that they don’t make any reservations on the beach without the payment. However, we saw that they do. They make different arrangements for people. This morning our towels were taken by the beach boy and our sunbeds were changed, because they made reservations for another family. This was not unacceptable and understandable for us. We are very disappointed by the hotel’s beach. We wouldn’t choose it if we had known beforehand.

Honestly one of the best Meredien Hotels I’ve been too. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is very good too. The pool is nice but the beach was nicer and the beach club makes AMAZING drinks that never failed. The beach club restaurant is also very good with a lot of options. The service all around was very good and everyone is so so nice! I hope to come back every year. It’s the perfect summer vacation resort with a nice little town right next door.

It was the third time in a row that we stayed at the hotel. We made the reservation through the hotel's website and even called for some specific questions. When we arrived, they asked us if it was the first time we stayed at the hotel, they didn't check the reservation or our names. They didn't pay attention to our request about the room reservation and assigned us a room in a corner. We asked for a change. Answer... within an hour we called them... nothing. We went to ask and the people at the reception didn't know anything. It wasn't until the next day, after asking several times, that they gave us an alternative. It wasn't worth it anymore. In other hotels, when you repeat they have a small detail with the client. If you come back it will be for something. This time, nothing. The facilities are still very good. Perhaps there is a lack of maintenance in the pool areas, SPA, etc. (our visit this year was at the beginning of July, so we shouldn't think it was because of the high occupancy they had until then). The reception staff, in my opinion, is not at the level of the hotel and its category. The restaurant has lost interest compared to other years because they no longer have theme days. It still offers good, varied cuisine, but they lack the daily "attraction".
