"The bed was super itchy, and the room didn't even smell fresh. This was supposed to be a deluxe room, but the price felt totally unreasonable. The regular rooms are actually much nicer and quieter. My room, on the other hand, was incredibly noisy early in the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep."

Only had breakfast in the resort but quality of food (Filipino breakfast) was good. Nice big swimming pool and an indoor hot spring water jacuzzi to enjoy the natural geothermal water from this volcanic area "

"Worst hotel I’ve ever had. I couldn’t sleep a wink as I could hear huge rats pacing back and forth on the ceiling. Their footsteps and cries were terrifying as I could imagine how big they were already. Also, my room was just beside the reception and it gets so loud that you could hear everything inside the room. The room was so small yet so expensive, hot shower wasn’t even working. Wifi was a joke -it gets disconnected on and off and no LTE signal can get through inside the hotel. Just terrible."

"When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!"
