Visited for 10 nights (2 adults & 2 kids) We had a great time! Rooms - spacious and clean, two separate beds for the kids and a separate bedroom for us. Two bathrooms, which was a bonus. Also, a kitchenette with a fridge but no utensils, I believe you can rent them. Great air conditioning. Pool - we loved the pool. the deepest part was about 135cm, which was perfect for the kids. Floats are also allowed, and a lifeguard is present every day. Food - not the best. Breakfast was pretty ok with the usual beans, eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh bread, cereals and fruit, etc. Dinner and tea left a lot to be desired. I believe the restaurant needs an upgrade with the food, more choice, and maybe theme nights would be a good idea? We managed to find something most days, but if you're a fussy eater, it could be a problem. Entertainment - The entertainment team is fabulous and tries really hard to provide lots of activities and fun for the kids and adults, working long hours. They also have professional acts in the evening, such as reptile shows, dancers, etc. When you arrive you are provided with plastic cups which are to be used for the duration of your stay. Each time you take these to the bar, they are washed before refilling. You can rent a safe, cost us €25 for 10 nights, and then get €3 back when leaving. We also booked a late checkout room as we weren't leaving until 6 pm, and this cost €25 the location of the hotel is perfect, shops, bars, and reasturants just behind the hotel. All in all, we have had a wonderful time.
