Pro’s Exceptionally clean,Pool area,Bedrooms, grounds and main areas were absolutely spotless. Staff, very friendly, helpful and great at their jobs, Position, beautiful views, nice walk to beach and close to shops, restaurants. Con’s Food although very fresh and well cooked was a little repetitive, Steps, for most people the steps would be no problem but due to my health I struggled a bit with them, however the pool area and bar etc was well worth the effort up and down, Overall a fantastic holiday will return.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The staff were very accommodating and arranged our transport to and from the airport. There was slight confusion when we tried to pay in cash on arrival but this was resolved. The room was clean and tidy and made-up every day. The package included all our drinks and there were plenty of options Lager (Estrella) Sangria Soft drinks Cocktails The food was very good. There was always a good selection and variety. We stayed for five days and apart from breakfast (which was always the same) there were different food options each day. We didn’t feel the need to eat out as the food was great! The music by the pool was perhaps a bit too loud in the morning but tended to calm down in the afternoon. There was never an issue getting a sun-bed. There are activities in the morning which was nice and the reps are enthusiastic and engaging. You are given plastic cups when you first get a drink and keep these for the duration of the visit. We didn’t mind this as they are cleaned after each use and it means there aren’t empty cups around the hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

Myself and my partner booked a last minute get away at the start of September, after going through the travel agents we decided on HSM Calas park. Thankfully due to it being quite last minute we paid below average price for our all inclusive holiday! upon arrival we were greeted with Natalie who was lovely checking us in but our room wasn’t ready therefore they let us store our cases and let us in for lunch. Once finished lunch we went back to reception where David was quite abrupt in asking what we wanted, we explained we were wondering if our room 602 was ready. After a confusing 5 minutes of him finding out if our room was ready he handed us the room key and pointed to the direction of our room. No instructions on how to get there, no information about hotel like breakfast lunch dinner times or any rules or regulations etc. this is when we discovered there was no lifts in this hotel… which we found odd! luckily we were only 1 flight of stairs down from reception. When we got to our room, upon first glance it was beautiful and we were over the moon with the size of it - we chucked on our swimming gear and headed down to pool. Once we got back in the room on the evening is when we discovered a few issues with our room. I will attach photos however these issues where leaks that hadn’t been painted, mould in both bathrooms, a light hanging out of the ceiling in 1 bathroom, and cigarette burns in the curtains… at this point it was 7:30 pm at night plus we where worried that if we complained we would get put in a room that was 3 flights up where we could barley carry our suitcases up or down. Its frustrating because these issues are simple fixes which if they got a joiner in it would take an hour to fix. I work in property myself and would be sacked if I let one of my flats be rented with mould in.We ended up just using the bathroom that had the least amount of mould in for our own safety. Another thing that annoyed us was we where given towels with holes in nearly every day upon towel changes which just confused us as to why they wouldn’t just bin these! When we went to get our first round of all inclusive drinks we where asked ‘where are your cups?’ To our confusion we said what cups do you mean? Apparently when checking in we should of received 2 cups or even a slip to get 2 cups which you reuse for all your inclusive drinks which David or Natalie also did not give us upon arrival. Overall we did have a lovely holiday and especially loved the 2 turtles in the centre of the hotel however just such a shame the little things let it down. We both agreed we wouldn’t come back.

I need to rate the hotel low unfortunately... Even though we appreciate its location and food variety, we must say that our experience there was rather bad... First room we got was very nice at first flance and we were happy, but after 1 night there we got bitten several times by (what we believe it was from our past experience) bed bugs. It was terrifying and we decided to inform reception desk. Unfortunately, they dinied it being bed bugs and claimed this was mosquito bites (not true for us as we know how mosquitos and bed bugs bite!). The only thing they did at that time was spraying something in the room. Next morning we had even more bites on our bodies (worth adding that we did not have anything flying in the room before we went to sleep). We went to reception again, different Staff was there. Again informed that we believe it's bed Bugs bites and we dont want to stay there. 1 person went to the room and checked and claimed it was not bed Bugs... Still did not believe them but wanted to change the room immediately. They have us the room few hours later. Nothing bit us in the new room for the lasy days of our stay. This only makes us sure that previous bites came from będę Bugs, not mosquitos, because if it was mosquitos, we would have fresh bites on the new room too! To sum up. I dont recommend staying there until they check/desinfect the rooms. Rest was fine - 2 members od their Staff are very nice and made our stay less traumatic.

Upon arrival, my friend and I found very nice, large rooms with two bathrooms. Unfortunately, after the first night I found 3 characteristic bites next to each other, and after the next night - another one. Based on our experience, we decided to check the mattresses in the room and it left no doubt - they must be bedbugs! We went to the reception as quickly as possible, but due to the lack of available rooms and the staff stating that "there are no bedbugs in our room" (!) we had to stay another night and the staff only used some medicine in the room and changed the bedding. In the morning, a similar situation, but we were already offered a room change - for our comfort (?!) but we had to pack at the same time. That day we were going on a trip, which resulted that my friend being late for the bus and not getting a refund for the trip. Our new room was much worse, but hey - at least we weren't bitten by the "mosquitoes" anymore. On the last day of the vacation, I noticed that people had been accommodated in our previous room, but I did not meet them in person to warn them and I doubt that anyone had time to professionally disinfect the room. For safety reasons, we had to throw away a lot of our wardrobe and suitcase, but we are still not sure that we did not bring them home.

Our fourth visit here and I truly hope it won’t be the last ! Things our little piece of heaven! The staff are all so so helpful and welcome us back every year with open arms ! Any issues are quickly dealt with ! Everything about the Calas Park is spotless, I would add however I think the dining room is starting to look a little tired, maybe a refurb over the winter would help this ! Special thanks to Nadia and the entertainment team ! You all work so hard all season, thank you ! To the reception team including Natalie, David and the other young man ( sorry can’t remember his name ) who really helped on our last day when we needed showers but it was out of order ! Thank you ! We hired our car through reception this year and the process was seamless with collection from the hotel and taken to pick up the car and then at the end of the day bought back ! We hope to see you again in 2025 ! Take care and have a well earned rest at the end of the season ! Thank you x

Visited for 10 nights (2 adults & 2 kids) We had a great time! Rooms - spacious and clean, two separate beds for the kids and a separate bedroom for us. Two bathrooms, which was a bonus. Also, a kitchenette with a fridge but no utensils, I believe you can rent them. Great air conditioning. Pool - we loved the pool. the deepest part was about 135cm, which was perfect for the kids. Floats are also allowed, and a lifeguard is present every day. Food - not the best. Breakfast was pretty ok with the usual beans, eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh bread, cereals and fruit, etc. Dinner and tea left a lot to be desired. I believe the restaurant needs an upgrade with the food, more choice, and maybe theme nights would be a good idea? We managed to find something most days, but if you're a fussy eater, it could be a problem. Entertainment - The entertainment team is fabulous and tries really hard to provide lots of activities and fun for the kids and adults, working long hours. They also have professional acts in the evening, such as reptile shows, dancers, etc. When you arrive you are provided with plastic cups which are to be used for the duration of your stay. Each time you take these to the bar, they are washed before refilling. You can rent a safe, cost us €25 for 10 nights, and then get €3 back when leaving. We also booked a late checkout room as we weren't leaving until 6 pm, and this cost €25 the location of the hotel is perfect, shops, bars, and reasturants just behind the hotel. All in all, we have had a wonderful time.

Colazione dolce e salata.
