"Where to start. The hotel location is awful, you will need to get a taxi into the town which is a 6 minute drive away and cost you €40 there and €40 back . The hotel room is basic and dirty, the beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The pool was very refreshing, but they don’t clean it. The floor was dirty bits everywhere. The bins wasn’t cleaned around the pool. The toilets was really dirty. Marks around the seats, The hotel its self could be such a beautiful place I think it needs a renovation. Breakfast isn’t edible, flys around the food. The pastries was old and hard and the ham and cheese looks like it’s been there since 1970."

We landed after a late flight and had delays of over 2-3 hours in the airport, came for a good night sleep at 2am and the fire alarm went off at 4.30 am. We couldn’t sleep after. It was just a technical error, and we were told to go back and sleep whilst it rang that loud."

"Located on the outskirts of the city, the windows overlook repair work on the railroad tracks. If you are traveling by car, the navigators do not lead you exactly where you need to go. Is it really impossible to solve this problem at the hotel administration level, instead of sending a map that is impossible to understand? The breakfasts are not bad, but for 20 euros, I expected more variety. There was only one pair of slippers for two people in our room. After we complained about this, the staff did nothing, so I assume this is hotel policy. The floor in the room was dirty. "

"The hotel is clean; room was amazing. Staff was helpful. Location was great - we went to a gig at this very place, and ti exlpore downtown and uptown which was not far away. Only thing which they should improve from my oersoective is to make sure that owners of electric vehicules can also use one if the many loading stations; It did not work for us as the required app was not available in the appstore of my country (Switzerland) and there was no suitable workaround."
