"This review is a bit late but it's for Alba who was on reception in Nov 2025. She was sincere in handling my complaint (cleaning of coffee machines in dining room -Hope it's done!!) It was my first time in the Diamente as I have spent 20 years plus staying in the Esmeralda (which is now open-yipee). Overall I hope Alba is still on reception because your requests will b taken seriously"

"A very cost-effective hotel with two meals included. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The bathroom in the room is super large. There is a large terrace facing the sea and the mountain, which is very comfortable. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach, which is super close. When I checked out, the front desk gave me a large bottle of mineral water. I will stay here again next time."

"This hotel is very close to the beach, perfect for relaxing. I encountered a small problem during check-in, but it was resolved with the help of Ctrip. Thank you! The rooms all have balconies facing the sea. The hotel also has a sky bar on the rooftop, offering panoramic ocean views. I went during a weekday, so the price was reasonable. The hotel is usually fully booked on weekends, so plan ahead if you want to book."
