"This hotel was conveniently placed in Canmore. The part of the hotel that we were in was a much dirtier part of the hotel. Our room had a dirty chair cloth chair that I’m not even sure what was on it, we did not use it. The pillows were terrible and the blanket was sort of a duvet cover but not really. The insert came out. I was in a friends room which was bigger and cleaner"

"Our room was a little dated, but for the most part, it was very good. The fireplace made it that much better. If you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it was a little tricky. The staff were very nice. The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated."

"Cabins were clean, Bed OK, Kitchen small but well stocked. Bathroom is very small. Almost have to back in to use the toilet or take a shower. I don't think there is an AC and it got quite hot one night. The towels were on the thin side. But we still enjoyed the cabins."

"Location was great - 5mins walk to supermarket; 10-15mins walk to town centre of Canmore. We did check in and out via the link they sent us so we didn't meet any staffs - feels more like airbnb👍🏽 Room was clean and has everything it stated on trip.com. We can hear sounds from upper level when they walk/anyone stairs up - it didn't bother us as it usually happened during daytime when staffs were doing housekeeping. We will definitely be back to stay again💯"
