Nous avions réservé 2 nuits au mois d’octobre 2021 dans cet établissement. Juste au moment où nous devions nous rendre à Catane a eu lieu des précipitations énormes qui ont totalement inondées la ville plus le passage d’un cyclone médicane deux jours plus tard. Impossible de se rendre sur place pour raison de catastrophe naturelle. Nous avons dû annuler notre venue et avons demandé le remboursement de notre réservation. L’établissement nous a avancé comme excuse qu’ils ne pouvaient pas car Booking les en empêchait. Nous avons contacté Booking qui nous a bien confirmé que l’établissement seul pouvait rembourser. Ils ont appelé, envoyé plusieurs mails sans aucune réponse. Et nous n’avons ainsi jamais été remboursés. Ne surtout pas réserver dans cet établissement d’escrocs, il y a beaucoup beaucoup mieux à Catane.

posto molto carino e personale super disponibile, consigliato. ha una ottima posizione, silenzioso e molto piacevole esteticamente, se mi capita di fare altre vacanze a Catania sicuramente tornerei in questo b&b
