"Everything was dirty. The countertops were covered in dust, the glass was so dirty you couldn't see anything from the outside, and the soaking tub was broken—I didn't plan to use it, but it still looked unpleasant. The hairdryer was broken and no one offered to replace it, and the sockets near the tub were all out of power. Hotan did the same thing again and my nose bled after one night."
