"We called the hotel for rates and directions, the GM Mr. Gusain was extremely rude in providing us with the info. Some how we reached the hotel, Google had incorrect location updates. Rooms were shown to us where they had extreme seepage issues, since it was a one night affair, we decided to take it. They charged us 11k for a night. Absolutely not worth it. Negatives: Lift not working Power socket not working Seepage in all rooms Rats, cats running in the room ceiling No hot water in the washroom Extremely rude manager (who had an attitude, take it or leave it - this is a premium property) Breakfast was average Few pics are attached."

"Great staff. Clean. Good food. Id stay here again. I had originally booked elsewhere which was a shambles and stumbled upon this place. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were great...the issue i had was mosquitos and flys. On the second night i made a point and showed them, they immediately moved me. But why not have the nets on all the rooms. They could do with being a bit more thorough on cleaning. On my return from Yatra there was hair stuck on the wall. Oh and the wifi didnt work the entire time which in this age is unacceptable. As it was low season, to only offer guests 3 or 4 dinner items is a crime. Why have a big menu. The food was tasty and good. "
