房間乾淨整潔，工作人員都很年輕化服務熱情24小時管家服務隨叫隨到去找前台要水，立馬就給了我們兩瓶，還有就是有免費的小糖果和景點地圖，房間乾淨整潔。

酒店設施很新，衞生乾淨，隔音效果好設施很齊全，該有的用具都有。衞生也不錯，進房間沒聞到什麼異味，整體乾淨整潔早餐品種不多但味道還不錯～酒店員工熱情友好，服務周到，能夠及時解決客人的問題和需求，入住體驗好。

酒店環境不錯，離梅溪湖就很近，辦事方便，屬於四星級酒店裡性價比超好的，還有自己的餐廳，地道湖南菜[色]，去嶽麓山也方便，房間裏就能看見嶽麓山。
設施設備齊全，熱水出水量大，水温恆定，淋浴🚿爽，乾濕分區。洗衣房乾淨，都是獨立包裝袋洗衣液，很適合我們這種快手黨。衞生乾淨，床上用品舒適，阿姨第二天都把續房衞生搞得乾乾淨淨。各個工作人員的態度都很好[咖啡][咖啡][咖啡]，會告訴我們哪裡有好吃、好玩的，有什麼需求都是馬上響應。
