marvelous. This is a new hotel. When you walk into the lobby of the hotel, you smell a sweet smell. The young man and young lady at the front desk also provided very good service. They were very enthusiastic, proactive and had a sweet smile. The room is also equipped with a Leifen high-speed hair dryer. The bed was also very comfortable at night, and the pillows were pretty good latex pillows. The gym is also equipped with yoga mats. I heard that you can borrow them in your room to practice yoga, which also ensures the privacy of your exercise. The washing machine and dryer in the laundry room are quite powerful, and it takes less than an hour to dry the clothes after washing them. I quite like the overall color tone of the hotel, it has a bit of a fresh feel. It is also very convenient for me to travel without a car. When I stay in the hotel, I can see the train station square. I can also hear the Dongfanghong bell in the train station square. It is very close to the subway station. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come to this hotel again next time. I am very happy.

The outlook of the building is run down, and it's on the top floors of an apartment where locals stay. Surroundings are wet market / fruit market.
The room and accommodation are as shown in pictures and are a big contrast to the exterior building overall outlook / conditions. It is difficult to find the place as there r no signage on the ground floor, and reception is only at the top floors.
If you do not mind how the exterior looks, it's a good place to stay w clean room, bathroom with centralised heating. Free laundry including washing detergent but the coffee and tea in the room are chargeable. A bit of a walk from the subway and train station.

Facilities: The room facilities are very comprehensive, and there is also a self-service laundry room.
Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt also helped to change the disposable bath towels on the second day

The internal facilities are all normal. We were asked if we wanted the room cleaned during the trip. The bed was very comfortable and really comfortable. The people at the front desk were very nice. They sent me messages and asked questions in the middle of the night before I went. They all replied to me and told me. The weather and how to come by car, and the extra dental equipment we needed were given. I only spent a day and a half playing there, but I was still very happy. Loudi is very close to Changsha. I will stay here next time.

I think it is very clean. Although it is a bit small, it is ok for me alone, and the front desk lady is very good at business. No matter whether the company has been trained, at least she knows that there is a return certificate. Most hotels don't know that Hong Kong people have two documents. At that time, I said that I was a Hong Kong ID card, and then Miss Sister said that the ID card is not good. You can give me the return card. I felt that Miss Sister's business ability was very good. When I checked out, I also chatted with the two young ladies at the front desk. They asked me if I was traveling. I said yes, and it was to watch Chen Li's concert. One young lady said that Chen Li was very good. I searched her and felt very good. She turned to powder 🤣 and another young lady said that she could see Chen Li's program as a mentor. the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

Booked two rooms for two nights. The front desk did not inform me of the room upgrade when I checked in. The next day, the front desk said that the room was upgraded. However, I looked at the elevator sign and found that the room on the 14th floor where we stayed was not a business room as indicated by the elevator sign. When I asked the front desk, they said that the room had been renovated two years ago. I was thinking that since it had been renovated for two years, why hadn't this small sign been updated?

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

The front desk reception is fast to check in, and I was given a free room upgrade, which is great. I went to the convention center next to the hotel to attend a meeting. It was raining outside. The front desk saw that I didn't bring an umbrella ☔, and gave me an umbrella for free. The service was considerate

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
The first day I took a shower and found that the floor drain was not good. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
