Beautiful place Our room /luxury apartment is brilliant we have two showers two toilets two wash basins and a separate jacuzzi amazing facilities and friendly staff, Breakfast is great and they can’t do enough for us , Highly recommended . Although reception is about 2-3 minutes walk it does not matter , The smiling faces are great

Very good option in Chania. Excellent location close to everything on a very quiet street. Very comfortable beds, very good shower. Excellent hydromassage in the room. Very good varied and very rich breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. In short, a very good quality-price ratio. 100% recommended

Unbelievable location, right price for what it provides, clean atmosphere and super big apartment for family We stayed 6 nights and everything was perfect!!! Whenever I come to Chania I will first look to find a room here 1 minute from the port on foot

Key card to enter property and to enter room. Also, well lighted outside. In old town close to harbor, restaurants, and shopping. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Nice modern with shower that also has steam room capability.

The bad image we formed started from day one. Loaded with suitcases in hand, we checked in at a different hotel than the one we were staying at. We didn't even get into the room and the front desk clerk asked us to pay for all the days (8 in total). Breakfast was also at another hotel. We had not been informed about all this and of course about the hotel's payment policy. Regarding the bathroom, the shower was clogged and the water took hours to be absorbed. In the bathroom, there wasn't even a soap dish and a toothbrush holder in the sink. The hand soap was one for 8 days and when it ran out, it was never replaced. The ashtray on the balcony remained in the same condition all the days we stayed. The sheets on the bed were changed only once every 8 days. Furthermore, when we asked for a small ironing board or 1 rope with two pegs, the clerk informed us that this is not included in the hotel amenities and of course did not engage further. On the last day at breakfast there were flies on the pancakes, which were permanently uncovered. The quality, facilities and service do not match the price in any way.
