The master bedroom had a total of four wall-mounted heaters, one of which was broken, causing the room to feel damp and musty. However, it's undeniably family-friendly, especially since kids love the private hot spring. Taking a hot spring bath with a child is indeed very convenient!"

"During the Dragon Boat Festival, I took my elderly family members for a relaxing getaway and booked two garden-view king rooms at the Phoenix Hotels & Resorts (Country Garden Chaohu Phoenix Hotel). When checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. They even upgraded us to two lake-view rooms, making this one of the best value-for-money hotel stays I've ever had. On the day of check-in, we also received complimentary welcome fruits, milk, and drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's breakfast, as always, offered a rich variety and tasted great, especially the fried rice and chicken soup – it was delicious! Thumbs up for the hotel's excellent service! 👍👍👍"

"I booked a family room, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available. They switched me to a small, out-of-the-way villa, but the hygiene was truly concerning. The floors weren't clean, and the curtains were dusty. The facilities were also old and run-down. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and when I asked, they just said it was under repair. They couldn't fix the problem, so I couldn't shower. The front desk only called to rush me to check out."
