What the cleaner said was confirmed at the front desk and breakfast. When checking in, the waiter was so busy that it was difficult to deal with people. It took at least 30 seconds to answer you when you asked a question, and sometimes they pretended to be deaf and dumb. The breakfast waiter was even busier and had no time to add food. Many food boxes were so empty that guests had to get angry before someone would add them. Can't the management spend more money to hire more waiters during the holidays?
