房間很有格調，是這段時間出遊住過最好的店，周圍餐飲，停車都很方便，去辦入住時間較晚，前台給房間做了免費升級，很感謝！

客觀評價客棧整體環境還可以，但是老闆推薦的塞罕壩旅遊千萬不要信，酒店很偏僻，導遊***，可以説就是為了賣你套票的騙子，賣完票，把我們領進門就跑路了🙄，説的跟她介紹的也不一樣，説陪玩也沒有，裏面騎馬就牽着你走一點路，所謂的滑草，就是遊樂園的七彩大滑體，衹不過是建在山坡上，與草沒有任何關係！想拍照在外面路上隨處找一個坡都很美，沒必要花380買票，可以説智商税！想騎馬就找個馬場，路邊很多，那是真騎馬，草地摩託等都很棒，可以講價！

三樓的家庭房間還不錯，陽光明媚，對面可以看見棒槌山，服務很好，前台的態度特別好，有問題都給及時解決，該酒店最大的優勢是地理位置，離所有的景點都很近，公交都可直接到達，打車也很便宜，自駕可以免費停車，周圍便利店，飯店很多，出行和就餐非常方便，比較有名的老三羊湯，滿族八大碗就在酒店的對面！
