First, I booked 2 rooms, and one of them didn’t have slippers. I called and asked for them to be brought to me, and then he directly ordered me to look for them in the cupboard for a long time. Don’t you know if there are any?
Secondly, there was actually water in the hot water kettle in another room, and then I called and explained that other guests did not use the hot water kettle. . .
Third, I called the front desk and asked for help to deliver 2 bags of jasmine tea. The front desk said there was no jasmine tea, only green tea, and then 2 bags of jasmine tea were directly placed in another room. Do you not provide service? ? Still unwilling to provide service? ?
Fourth, about an hour after leaving the hotel, the hotel front desk called and asked where I put the vertical clothes drying rack at one of the front desks. Does your hotel think I can move the clothes drying rack? ? ? I'm convinced, that's awesome

GGuest UserThe room is quite big. I want a double bed room and the bathroom is very big. Get two hot spring tickets. The hot springs are for naked bathing and are separated for men and women. The sauna, children's playground, and swimming pool are common. The children's playground is not big and is only suitable for children under 3 years old. There is no free drinking water in the hot spring, so it is best to bring your own bottle of water. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed in the steaming area. The beds in other rooms are also relatively comfortable, and the hygiene is OK. There is a humidifier in the room, and there is direct drinking water next to the kettle. Children's bathrobes and toiletries can be provided. The service attitude is very good.

From check-in to check-out, the room attendant service is particularly good, especially the young lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic, the cleaning of the room is particularly meticulous and there is no dust, and the breakfast is great 👍🏻! The bath is also free, there are free fruits to eat in the bath area, and there are two large pools where children can swim in it. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

PPosuidexinThe resort hotel on the east bank of the riverside is a bit biased and suitable for self-driving. Service, health, environment are OK, the facilities have individual damage but the impact is not big, the first floor bath center and the lobby are shared public areas, the bath smell is not very good, if you can open the door separately, overall the price is good. By the way, the street room will be a bit noisy at night.

PpansyI was originally planning to stay in a villa in the valley, but after looking around, I found that the villa's hot spring pool was too small and very damp at night. I accidentally searched for this newly opened hot spring hotel. The facilities are very new and the price is very good. It is three minutes away from the valley. The stay experience is very good. The rooftop hot spring infinity pool is amazing. You can see the stars at night and the mountain view during the day. The hotel in the mountain also has great service. The service staff will deliver water at any time when you soak in the hot spring. The front desk also let you take a few bottles away when you check out. The ladies at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. Any problems with the room are resolved very quickly.

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

GGemosihaimuzhoutaiThe location is very good, very close to the Mountain Resort, it is not very good to find a Pingquan sheep soup and small hot pot at the door, there is Jinlong Square opposite to go shopping. The accommodation conditions are very general, the bed is hard, the bedding is relatively clean. There is no elevator, just upstairs in the pool. There is a disposable toothbrush and no shampoo. There are indoor and outdoor pool guests who spend an additional 38 yuan.

PPaulI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
