เราจองคืนวันที่ 4 ต.ค เพราะเข้าบ้านไม่ได้น้ำท่วมหมด จึงเข้าจอง รร บี2 ผ่าน แอฟ นี้ เพราะคิดว่าเข้าพักได้น้ำไม่ท่วม พอขับรถไปปรากฏว่า เข้าพักไม่ได้โดยรอบโรงแรมน้ำท่วมเชียงใหม่หมด จึงขอยกเลิกคืนเงินก็ถูกปฏิเสธ ในเมื่อ รร
เข้าพักไม่ได้ ทำไหมถึงปล่อยให้จองอยู่ เหตุผลที่เราต้องจอง รร เพราะว่าที่บ้านน้ำท่วม เห็นเปิดจองผ่านแอฟว่ามีห้องว่าง แต่ผลปรากฏว่า จะไปพัก รร แต่เข้าไม่ได้ น้ำท่วมไปหมด
ขอยกเลิก ขอคืนเงิน 1 พันกว่าบาท แต่ถูกปฏิเสธ เสียใจมากค่ะกับเหตุการณ์แบบนี้คนไทยด้วยกันอย่าเอาเปรียบกันควรช่วยเหลือเยียวยากันดีที่สุด ค่ะ

Good location, near cafe and Waroros Market, easy and convenient to take a car to Mae Kampong, Mon Cham because the hotel is near the van queue, walk for about 5 minutes to the van queue, very convenient. The hotel has Grab and go breakfast as rolls and hot coffee, hot milk, choose as you like. The staff are friendly and cute.

เคยเข้าพัก 1 ครั้ง ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดหัว ผ้าปู ปลอกหมอนมีรอยเปื้อน พอเข้าพักครั้งนี้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีรอยเปื้อนอีก แต่ดทกลิ่นอะไรก็ไม่เหม็นคิดว่าอาจจะทำความสะอาดได้เท่านี้สำหรับ รร เกรดนี้ เลยไม่ได้แจ้งอะไรนึกว่าปกติของ รร พอเช็คเอ้าท์ รร แจ้งว่า ผ้าเช็ดตัว,หัว มี รอยเปื้อน ต้องเก็บค่าทำความสะอาด 100 เราแจ้งว่ารอยเปื้อนสีเนื้อจางๆอาจจะเป็นแป้งของเรา แต่ขยี้นิดๆยังไงก้ออก แต่รอยที่เหลือไม่ใช่ มันเปื้อนอยู่แล้ว รร ยืนยันว่า ผ้าผืนนี้ราคาเต็ม 159 แม่บ้านต้องเสียค่าน้ำยาทำความาะอาด 100 บาท เราบอกจ่ายได้นะรอยเรา แต่รอยอื่นๆมันไม่ใช่ แล้วที่เราใช้ผ้าอันที่เปื้อน รร ยังไม่เตรียมสิ่งๆดีๆให้ลูกค้าเลย แต่จะเอาเงินเพิ่มจากส่วนที่มันเล็กกว่ารอยเดิมอีก สุดท้ายก็จ่ายนะคะ แค่รู้สึกไม่โอเคเลย ถ้าไปเข้าพัก แนะนำให้ตรวจเช็ครอยเปื้อนแล้วรีบแจ้งนะคะ แต่เท่าที่ดูแทบจะเปื้อนทุกผ้าแหละค่ะ พื้นก็ยังสากอยู่เลย สรุปไม่ประทับใจค่า
