The location and atmosphere were great, and the service was quick and very good.
It's in downtown, so you can hear police cars and ambulance sirens all the time, even in the middle of the night, but other than that it was great.
There's a supermarket and a famous Chicago pizza restaurant nearby. The subway station is within walking distance. I'd like to stay here again.

Very clean room. Air conditioning worked great to help drown out the noise of a bustling city. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Convenient transportation, comfortable environment, suitable for business and tourism! The only inconvenience is that check in is on the second floor, and luggage has to be moved twice.
